Paidwork support failed to answer a simple PayPal payment question.

I contacted Paidwork support with one simple question about PayPal withdrawals. I am not asking about a missing reward or a withdrawal problem. I only asked whether PayPal withdrawals are sent as Personal (Friends & Family), Commercial (Goods & Services), or PayPal Payouts. Support told me my question had been forwarded to the payments team and asked me to wait up to 3 business days. That promised time has now passed, but I still have not received a direct answer. Instead, I continue to receive template replies saying the question has been forwarded again. This is a simple technical question, yet after multiple emails I still don't have a clear answer. I hope Paidwork improves its customer support and communication. Update: Paidwork support still cannot answer a simple question about PayPal withdrawals. After multiple emails, they only repeat that they do not have the information. If you need a clear answer about the PayPal withdrawal method, don't expect support to provide one. They keep forwarding the request instead of giving a direct answer.

requested a payout 10 days ago, but the funds are still stuck in "Pending" status. According to Paidwork's terms, processing should take 2-3 business days. I have been writing to customer support for a whole week, but they completely ignore my messages. My account is fully verified and all rules were followed. This looks like a scam to avoid paying users. Process my payout immediately!

Paidwork is a scam, the payment threshold keeps increasing as you come closer to claim your payment which is absurd. The worst part is you are denied logging stating your email doesn't exist if you have saved enough money 😂 I request people to do not waste your valuable time on this scamster's site. Been with this site for a period 5 yrs and never earned a single cent till date. Can provide proof if needed and will expose them on other platforms too. Stay blessed people.

I strongly believe Paidwork is a scam platform based on my personal experience. I worked on the platform for over one year and successfully earned more than the minimum payout threshold of $20. I accumulated about $35 and then applied for payout. Instead of receiving my money, I suddenly started getting an error message saying that a user with my username could not be found. For over 3 months, I contacted customer support repeatedly. They kept asking questions, which I answered, and I even sent screenshots as evidence. Despite all this, nothing was resolved. I also sent several reminders, but there was still no solution and no payment. Their customer support is extremely frustrating and unhelpful. After investing my time for over a year, this experience feels completely unfair and deceptive. I would advise people to be very careful before spending their time on Paidwork.

This platform looks highly misleading. In my experience, Paidwork Ads took my advertising payment but never activated the campaign. The campaign stayed “Under Review” for days with no real support, no refund process, and no working cancellation option. I had to open a formal Visa dispute to recover my money. After researching further, I found many complaints from users saying they were not paid properly for surveys and tasks. The platform also appears to have many suspicious positive reviews that do not reflect the real user experience. I strongly advise new advertisers and task users to be extremely careful before investing time or money into this platform.

Paidwork people are ABSOLUTE CROOKS and FRAUDS. They DELETED MY ACCOUNT over TWO MONTHS ago, after I had requested a Withdrawal of USD$ 23 to my PayPal account. After waiting for 15 days, I wrote to them requesting them to RESTORE MY ACCOUNT and Pay my hard-earned USD$ 23 to my PayPal account, and mailed them all the required Screenshots and Billing Account details. But they responded by saying they will be "Escalating" the matter to their Payments team to investigate why my Account got deleted, and asked me to wait for 3-5 business days for them to complete their so-called investigation. After that, I again wrote to them after a week, again providing them all the required Screenshots. But they again asked me to wait for 3-5 business days for them to complete their so-called investigation. And this "fake escalation and investigation" loop has been continuing for the last two months now. I immediately demand RESTORATION of my Account and FULL PAYMENT of my Hard-earned USD$ 23 from the CROOKS and FRAUDS sitting there at Paidwork. Paidwork is FULL OF CROOKS and FRAUDS now who have DELETED MY ACCOUNT, and STOLEN MY Hard-earned USD$ 23 Dollars.
