The shoes are rather inexpensive, they are also comfortable. They match any outfit easily and they look great.
A Disappointing Pair
These are my 4th pair of Palladium boots and I have loved them all except for my latest purchase. My latest purchase has shoe laces that too short, the arch support is substandard, and there is no back loop attached to the center back of the boot. The back loop is a must in a high top shoe as it makes it easier to get on.

I had ordered 3 different shoes with Palladium. My "usual" shoe size is a 9 or 9.5. I ordered size 9.5....too big. Returned. Reordered a size 9. Takes forever to get here....they were no smaller than the first order. Had to return. Ordered a size 8.5 and finally they fit!!!! The Mary Jane I ordered is of poor quality. In my opinion. For your prices I was hoping for a better experience. I'm disappointed 😞

Bad availability and follow up
You sold me the pair of shoes I waited for for past six monthes 3 times them said that you were outta stock after canceling order all 3 times. I bought these same boots for past ten years from you. I was supposed to get a call back when available and never heard back from you. It sucks because in process of selling me the boots it didn’t just say outta stock but made it seem like there was a glitch. You prolly over sold and then told me after I thought I had shoes on the way.
