I am so grateful I found Palmetto…
I am so grateful I found Palmetto Publishing for my first book publishing experience, Deliverance of a Wounded Heart". Abby and Nicole were so helpful in guiding me through the publishing process; Abby went above and beyond detailing and explaining steps I was unfamiliar with and always encouraging me with her eager support. As with any unfamiliar project, snafus are bound to occur, but Abby took control of every detail, to the point of working overtime to ensure my publishing deadline would be met.
I would highly recommend Palmetto and remind folks, be patient if you get to the point of doubt or frustration; you'll have a great support team behind you to guide you all the way.

The people I work with made my…
The people I work with made my experience great; Danyel was there to answer all my question explaining everything I needed to know which made me feel good about publishing my book, Natalie is the one that has that excitement in her voice ready assisting being happy getting things moving. I am happy with everything and thank you to Palmetto for everything.
I liked the fact Ms. Natalie was always willing to take my call, no issue with her. The cover of my book looks amazing. No issues there. My issue was with the time my book took with the editors. I paid alot of money for a second round of editing and they didn't do anything. Commas, semi colons, the things that i wanted to make sure were correct, i had to go back and do it myself. Then when it was time to do the interior and I had changes they literally quit half way through the book. I know this because i saved the changes i made just to see if they did it. The process was taking so long that I just gave up on the edits and said publish as is. I was given the suggestion to push my preorder sale date back because of how long it was taking them to finish, which was not ok as i had already started advertising based on the date they told me. One of my books I ordered was printed upside down. The entire book. I feel like once your book is published they should give you a link to everywhere its sold so you can see how its going. I was referred to this company by a friend, I personally wouldn't suggest it for someone Publishing for the first time. Either way Im thankful for the experience.

While occasional printing defects can occur during manufacturing, we are always happy to assist with replacing a defective copy and investigating any production concerns. We also appreciate your feedback regarding clearer post-publication guidance and providing authors with information about where their book is available for purchase.
The entire process was smooth and professional as well as getting to know the product team. It was very personal, and they were insistent in ensuring every step was to my absolute satisfaction.

I am not new to the self publishing business. I have authored 5 previous books by another publisher, #1 From God's Heart, to Mine, to Yours, #2 More, From God's Heart, to Mine, to Yours, #3 From God's Heart, to Mine, to Yours, Trilogy, #4 From God's Heart, to Mine, to Yours, Heaven, #5 From God's Heart, to Mine, to Yours, "Message Delivered". When I was inspired to do a 6th book "From God's Heart, Are We Listening?", I searched for a publisher that I felt comfortable and excited to work with. What I discovered working with them was they came across the same working together with me. What I believe was the most important factor is "they listened"! When I say they I mean, Chloe, Brenna and Reeves.
I did receive my new books and I must say I am very satisfied with the outcome. Self publishing can be expensive. I know for sure with this being my 6th! But what it comes down to I believe is the mission behind the undertaking. For myself, it is getting God's poetic messages out for all to read. Not only to read but you can hear each poem from my previous 5 books narrated on my website, (glowny) God's Love Outreach Western New York.
This book that Palmetto Publishing did for me I believe ties everything together for some of my previous book poems are shared "by topic". I want this book to be beacon to bring attention to all God's awesome messages.

Roy Francia and Ryan Mace provided expert guidance in the planning and execution of the publication of my mother’s illustrated book of poetry. This effort required careful integration of text and images. I highly recommend their dedicated personal service.
I have published three books with Palmetto and plan to publish more. I have had great service. The process is done professionally and my books look great! They have listened to my intentions and executed them. The process takes time, so if you plan to publish with anyone other than yourself, it will take longer than you anticipate. The beauty of self publishing with Palmetto is that you are in full control of the vision and finished product. You get 100% of the royalties and you get a beautiful book to sell.

So far I have had top notch Customer Service & excellent marketing feedback. Have thoroughly enjoyed working with Natalie Ireland & Lily Flowers who are both very professional and easy to work with. Truly appreciative of time and attention... especially their timely follow through.
The staff that collaborated on publishing my book with me were always professional, kind, and helpful. If I hadn't heard any updates on the process of the book, I was able to email for an update. I would then be provided with that update in a timely manner. Overall, I enjoyed the process and working with Palmetto Publishing. I found it to be easy and stress free.

I would like to apologize for the lower review I previously left for Palmetto Publishing.
At the time, I was going through an extremely difficult period in my personal life. My wife’s health had become very fragile, I was dealing with major changes at work, and the stress of relocating and managing my family’s responsibilities affected my judgment and emotions. While my frustrations were real, I realize that my review did not fully reflect the circumstances surrounding my experience.
After taking time to reflect, I recognize that many of the challenges I faced were personal and beyond the control of Palmetto Publishing. I appreciate the professionalism of the team and the effort they invested in helping authors bring their work to life.
I sincerely apologize for any unfair impression my review may have created. My intention was never to damage the reputation of the people who worked with me, but rather to express my frustration during a very difficult chapter of my life.

Overall, the process was great to get started. This issue was with editor; they couldn't make a deadline to save their life. Work returned was sloppy in some cases, always late, and I was the one to constantly have to manage my 'project manager'. For example, it's been over 2 weeks since my book was published and the e-book version still isn't ready and available to readers.
Overall, writing this book was a great life experience, I just wish this was a more competent company.
