I had a great experience working with Palmetto Publishing. They understood my vision and helped me to bring it to light. The staff was very friendly and made sure that they answered and all questions that I had for them, even if I thought they were silly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a publishing company.
Amazing people who are definitely dedicated to their work and yours. No issues, consistent communication, updates, emails and text. Palmetto Publishing is a company that you can trust. And finally, Ashley, Natalie, and Maddie will be there for you from inception to completion of your book.
I am so happy to hear this! Thank you so much!
I was a novice and learned so much along way. Being a first time author and knowing nothing about publishing. Palmetto was a tremendous help.
Palmetto has been incredible. They are efficient, supportive and accountable. They have truly understood my needs and have accommodated me every step of the way. Could not be more pleased with this team of incredible people!
As a first time author, l scrutinized my publishing options to insure l had professional and experienced people, and with Palmetto my expectations were achieved. Thanks to all the wonderful Palmetto Publishing family for holding my hands to make my dream come true. Paul David Combs
The process has been simple and complete.
Thank you for your kind words!
Natalie Brock.was personal and attentive. Communication was quick and prompt. I could tell she truly understood my view and took time for the details.
Thank you so much! We love to hear this!
Due to my obsessive nature, the process was long but my project manager, Natalie Brock, was very informative, encouraging and timely meeting deadlines. She had some great ideas along the way too that added to the final product, especially the cover. Wonderful people dedicated to making a professional product. I would definitely use Palmetto again if I ever wanted to have another book published.
I had an excellent experience working with Palmetto Publishing on my three-book project: a memoir, a workbook, and a leader's guide. Julia McKenna was outstanding throughout the publishing process. She was responsive, professional, encouraging, and incredibly helpful in guiding me through each step. Publishing three books at the same time could have felt overwhelming, but Julia made the process clear and manageable from beginning to end. Colby was equally helpful as I worked through printing options and inventory planning. He was patient with my many questions, took the time to explain the numbers, and helped me find solutions that fit both my ministry goals and budget. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I always felt that he genuinely wanted to help me make wise decisions. Both Julia and Colby were a pleasure to work with. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service made a significant difference in this journey. I am grateful for their help and would gladly recommend Palmetto Publishing to other authors.
As a first-time author, I can't say enough about the Palmetto team. Working with Sophia Pike and Olivia McCarron as our main contacts has been a wonderful experience. Olivia got us off to a great start. And Sophia has been there for us every step of the way. She's knowledgeable, responsive, engaging and patient with all of my novice questions
I paid you money and never used your services, and now I cannot get my money back. I think your claims about being ethical are false. My name is Douglas Hawkins, and my phone number is 1-619-392-2575. You won't even pick up the phone, and if I were in Florida, you would be facing a lawsuit.
Good Morning, It was a pleasure speaking with you. We are currently in the process of processing your refund to your original payment method. We had been sending updates to your other email, and we sincerely apologize that you did not receive those updates. Thank you!
This is my second book being published by Palmetto. Once again, the experience was smooth and enjoyable. Chloe Teunis was exceptional. I highly recommend Palmetto and Chloe to make your publishing experience a very good one.
Very helpful, professional and supportive. We’re very pleased with how our book turned out.
Personnel were super nice, but timelines were never met. Had to do most of the work myself. Caught many errors they didn’t catch. They didn’t give much feedback during editing process. For this type of money way over priced. Wverytime I emailed took days to get back with me.
Good Afternoon, It was a pleasure speaking with you! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely appreciate your kind words about our team members and are sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations in several important areas. We understand how frustrating it can be when project timelines are delayed or have errors. We expect timely responses from all team members and take this matter seriously. Your feedback is valuable and we are committed to continually evaluating our processes to provide a better experience for our authors.
I am so glad that I found Palmetto publishing! From start to finish the process was smooth and the communication via phone and email remained consistent throughout the book process. Each step was communicated effectively and I remained excited through the book formation. I strongly recommend Palmetto for self publishing!
The experience was everything I could ask for. Cassie was great. Natalie spent a lot of time working with me and the designer did a fabulous job. I am very excited about the results.
Professionalism. Knowledge. Helpful each step of the way in the process. Always there to answer questions. A blessing to work with. Plan to be back. Cassie, Kaitlyn, and staff were great!
I had the best experience with everyone at palmetto. Professional. Prompt responses. Editing was spot on. The cover for my book BURSALA’S RHAPSODY is eye catching. I do not have one negative thing to say about Palmetto. I used you for my first (Christmas Stars of Zanzibar) and second book (BURSALA’S RHAPSODY)and I will use you for my third, which will end my trilogy. Thank you! Best team EVER!!!! JUDY-HOFMANN aka Judy Cee Bond
Happy all around! Natalie Brock is a great project manger: attentive, responsive, available and competent. The lay-out team was very good as well, albeit some errors which they had to redome. The editors left too many errors I thought which had to be corrected more than once, and I felt some mistakes should have been caught before final reads.
Superb support, patience, and guidance for a novice. Willing to go above and beyond! A true Blessing! Natalie and Danyel are both GEMS! Everyone was wonderful!
