Update: in response to Ned’s questions below. I called the number listed “Contact Us” on Panacea’s website. 1-833-472-6223. That was when they told me there was a special about a free medical alert device. When I said I wasn’t interested and wanted to speak to someone about loans, they kept on talking about all the benefits of this “free” medical alert device. I hung up. I called the number again later. This time, the person at Panacea Financial could not even “yes or no” if they provided loans of $X amount range. Does not inspire confidence. Very scammy company. Called their phone number and got marketed a medical alert device. Said I was not looking for that, and wanted to speak to a loan specialist. The person kept on trying to sell me this device. I called their main office number, and they couldn't answer any info about whether or not they could service loans of a certain range. Just wanted to collect my name and email. Sounds very scammy.

Mr. Reynolds explained everything in much detail. I also think that what you offer is very reasonable. The process was relatively quick. It got delayed a bit because of some documents that were required, but I got to say that the overall process was quick. The online account enrollment was also pretty easy and smooth.

It was fast and easy
A few days ago, I posted a review here describing our worsening experience with this company. We've had an issue with early payments, and though we had an exceptional experience for the first few years (shout out to Alex!), it's been getting worse over time. When I posted that review, I expected nothing at all. As a business owner myself, I just firmly believe in holding companies accountable and protecting other consumers whenever possible. Imagine my surprise when the COO himself reached out to me directly within hours and handled the issue promptly with genuine compassion and warmth. In 2026, customer service feels dead. Most companies have fired their customer service teams and replaced them with infuriating, useless chatbots. And as a consumer, it feels frustrating and dehumanizing when you have an issue that requires a personal touch. I'm so happy to say that Panacea Financial has raised the bar for me and restored my faith. Thank you so much, Ned, Alex, and the Panacea team, for your exceptional customer service recovery and for providing an invaluable service to physicians and their families. I took a resident physician loan through panacea and highly recommend it! Tanner was very professional and guided me through the entire process, patiently explaining things along the way. The process was super smooth, and I got approved within a few hours!!! They offer loans to residents and fellows, as well as new attendings, and do physician contracts, mortgages and more! They also serve dentists and vets. I would like to add that the website was very intuitive. It was super fast, and dare I say better than capital one/BofA website. My software engineering husband was super impressed too!
