The Panda app for some reason would not allow us to give details regarding the order – when it normally does. And the store did not pick up the phone after several calls so we could explain. We couldn't even cancel the order since the store would not pick up the phone. So we called corporate, request #2901223 . They also could not get in touch with the store. So corporate offered to give us a coupon code for a bowl. We didn't ask, they offered, which was kind since our order was going to be messed up. When the code didn't work, we called back and spent appox. another 30 minutes with the rep who tried to issue another code but it also did not work. So the rep asked management and was told to email us a bar code which we would have to bring into the store. When I got to the store, I wasn't confident that it would work due to the other codes failing so I asked the cashier to first scan it to see if it was good. She told me if it worked it would remove the item so she asked me to order the bowl first. When the bowl was plated, the code didn't work! I wasted time and gas going to the store for nothing. This is unacceptable and makes Panda lose credibility. Why did you change the app and make it less user friendly? My order was messed up and there was nothing done to make it right. I don't think I will visit Panda again.
So sad PE no longer has the Apple eggrolls. I have not had anything so good since McDonald used to have their hot apple pie and stopped making it the same. I was so thrilled that I just discovered it in the last year or a year and a half and then they discontinued it. 😩 everything came. If it’s expensive to make make less and charge us more, I would’ve continued to get them! Now that’s not the reason I gave two stars. I went to panda express in Omaha, Nebraska when I came through and gave my name ( which is complicated to say) to the girl for pick up. She then proceeded to roll her eyes. She asked me again what my name was. I said it again and again she rolled her eyes. I had ordered it so I had to give my entire name. She walked over to where the pup area was, which contained one bag. She then walked towards me and stated is your name used my first name in my last initial.? I stated yes, and she rode her eyes again and stated that you could’ve just said that? How would I know that they were going to put my name under my first name and my last initial in order to tell her that? This was a young girl age girl probably late teen early 20s really pretty Asian girl Who was very ugly because of the way she treated me
Rudest little uppity females ever refused to remake COLD FOOD because their system kicked out delivery order over to a pick up instead, I was never asked and I am livid that when we got their FOOD WAS EXTREMELY COLD! Not only this but the egg roll and wontons were soggy and gross! Will not be willing to ever go to the 45th street fargo location in North Dakota service was terrible the staff were extremely rude and did not include extra sauces that were requested no chop sticks no napkins and 2 fortune cookies a whopping 2! I interviewed for a GM position here at this restaurant and if in future they happen to offer me this position there would be a lot of housekeeping going on because North Dakota if a right to fire state and frankly this whole crew should be let go the audacity of them is off the charts!
I visited the restaurant recently and the quality of food, chicken Fired rice was terrible .The food was so salty and I felt the rice was not well cooked , The service was not the best either because when I complained to the manager, his response was not positive either.
I really like going to Panda Express but I went yesterday and ordered the sweet fire chicken for me and orange chicken for my son. The chicken was so overcooked it was dried out and hard to chew. The people are always very nice who work there, but there are times vegetables arevunder cooked as well and too hard.
The food only! I do not appreciate being asked to donate to children funds every time I go through the drive-thru or visit the place. You've stolen enough money from customers it's time to cut it out now. I get right down nasty and rude with them when they asked me if I want to donate. I tell them hell no I'll donate to animals but not to humans. I don't care who they are. People shouldn't have kids if they can't take care of them.

I have been going every other day. potions are lg and its so AWSOME!!!! would love to see some cashew chicken or almond chicen sometime overall my favorite Ive ate for a month still not sick of it!!! GREAT FOOD and prices are way cheaper than mcdonalds or burger king any fast food.Davision mi is alot better than miller rd
The corporate customer care is excellent! There was a mistake when I made a large catering order, and the points did not get credited to my account. By the time I had realized the error, it was a day past the deadline to add the points after the fact. I contacted corporate customer care, and they very graciously credited my account with the points. Thank you Panda Express!
I said it was my 67th birthday to the waiter who was the only good worker at this place and went to tell the chef what i ordered. When the guy came with my food he gave me noodles with 67 candles and the guy screamed 67 in my ear and ruptured my eardrums!!! Writing this from the ER.
Panda Express has a receipt scheme going. They will not provide a refund for an improperly prepared meal unless you have a receipt. Sounds, fair? Of course. Until you realize they're not handing out receipts when you pay. They're giving you grill slips with the order the kitchen should make, wrapped around your credit card. In this case I later learned they'd given me a grill slip to someone else's order. Sounds like a "slip" up, right? It isn't. This is deliberately being done, hence their "free food for no receipt policy." Please make sure that you check your receipt and food before driving off. We ordered two entrees and got home only to discover that one of them had two large pieces of hair in the rice. We called the restaurant to alert them that we would be brining the food back the next day for a full refund only to discover we didn't have actual receipts. What we thought was a receipt was a grill slip. To add insult to injury the woman on the phone KNEW that we didn't receive a receipt, but rather, a grill slip. She read off the exact items on the grill slip which was not the grill slip for our order. She never asked me what food I got. She immediately started reading off the orders on my grill slip which leads me to believe she 1. was the one who gave me the grill slip (I believe she was because she had a very distinctive voice and I recognized it from the restaurant visit) and/or 2. She perhaps did this intentionally. Which makes me wonder if she gave me dirty food on purpose. I only wonder if that is the case because she was very testy because we took a minute to look at the menu. They had us and one other car in front of us so I'm not sure what her rush was. When I called about the food she first told me she'd refund the money. Then placed me on hold and told me I needed to contact their corporate office because we only had a grill slip which they gave us. They have posted signs that you will get a free meal if they don't give you a receipt. Who wants a free meal from a place with hair in the food? Not I. We're always in such a rush to get home or get to the next place. Consumer protection laws and these horrible fast food restaurants, like Panda Express, are not on the consumer's side. All they care about is getting your cash. Once they have it, you're on your own. Slow down long enough to check your receipt and more importantly take a good look at your food before leaving any of these restaurants. We filed a chargeback on the food with the bank and received a refund but should not have had to do that. Dirty dives like Panda Express who play receipt games are counting on you not checking. Please slow down and check your receipt and most importantly, your food. Above all, find a better establishment than Panda Express to pick up dinner or better yet cook at home if you can.
I got to Panda Express at 10:10 am on 03/30/2026 Monday and was going through the drive through a d they said they can help me inside because they are working on so no big deal so I go inside and they had nothing ready and it would be 15 to to 20 min wait so could they not have said that? I will not be back ever
I used to be a loyal customer but every time I go to Panda Express lately, I've been disappointed. In my opinion, the food quality has taken a big nosedive -- the chicken often tastes like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for hours and the portions have definitely "shrunk" while the prices keep climbing. It’s frustrating paying full price for a bowl that’s half-full of soggy noodles. To me, the "orange" in the Orange Chicken is starting to taste more like straight sugar and less like actual food. The service side of things isn't much better, based on what I’ve experienced and read. It feels like the staff is constantly overwhelmed. Good luck when it comes to getting your order right. I noticed a lot of people complaining about long waits and cold food, and in my experience, that’s becoming the norm rather than the exception. It bites because it feels like you’re paying more for way less. Not going back there any more.

I had purchased 2 meals one of them being the grilled teriyaki chicken. The other meal was wrong too but that was fixed in the store. I did have to wait on the chicken and eventually I received the meals Togo. The young lady at the register was not friendly and needed some lessons on customer service. When I got home the supposed grilled teriyaki chicken looked not appetizing at all. I do have a photo of that the chicken looked like but I can’t where it in this site.
The last few times I have ordered from them, the food has tasted progressively worse. Especially anything that has beef in it. It is tough and rubbery.
I wanted sweet and sour shrimp. You do not have that on your menu. Whhoever heard of a Chinese Food place that does not have that on their menu? All you have to do is put shrimp in a dish and put sweet and sour sauce on it. I pointed that out to the waitress and she refused to do it. I wanted a chicken egg roll and they were out. I was exceptionally unhappy with this service. Why don't you have sweet and sour shrimp? And out of egg rolls? Unacceptable.
Good evening. Around 2:50 pm arrive to your drive through ordering chicken teriyaki with noodles the girl said wait time for the chicken is 10 minutes I said I wait. We pick up the order drove to my daughter's place. To find out the chicken was uncooked I call gave my son-in-law names Dominic Pantuso to pick up new order as the person in the phone told us. I have arrive to the location to get the order again to find out that the second order the chicken still is uncooked. I have attached picture. Now you Panda Express is serving uncooked chicken to the public.This happened on January 28,2026
