I got the orange chicken and Beijing Beef. The chicken wasn’t bad but the beef was like jerky. And I got 75% beef and a smaller portion of chicken. Horrible meal.

My food is always good at the Caldwell location on Cleveland Blvd, however, I wish the online order receipts would print the store number on it so that I could claim my points. I ordered online 7/22/26 and my order number was 997156 for a total of $26.08 and my account is under my email. I hope that someone can help me with this

Blacked Chicken Tasted Like Propane/Natural Gas

Wife picked up Panda Express Family Pack Meal in Gainesville Virginia on 7/17/2026 6:00 PM. The Black Pepper Chicken tasted like Propane Gas/Natural Gas. Most likely cause by too much excessive heat. Causing the flame to come over the side of the WOK. Trying to keep up with the demand of the evening customers.

Horrendous!!

Horrendous!!! Poorly run and pathetic management. Ordered food that was fine, food sat unattended for 25 minutes no one to take my money. This was a Tuesday at 5:00. When we asked Elizabeth to ring us up she replied " Either you leave now or you wait. The line was out the door and only one employee was doing here job and the job of the other five standing around including the manager.

Went to the location on rainbow next to Walmart. We got a mixture of different things. The rice & noodles had no taste & was dry. Beilung beef was fried,died & laid beside,Mongolian beef we had more broccoli, orange chicken ok & spring rolls no taste. I would have brought it back but I received no ticket. It was the worse food I ever tasted. First n last time there. Then you try & call but get in touch with no one. I would love to bring the food back & get my money back but with no receipt oh well.

I have to say

I have to say, the Panda Express on LPGA Blvd in Daytona Beach has provided one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We sat in line for over 30 minutes, only to get to the window and not be served. There was no communication, no apology, and no sense of urgency. That’s completely unacceptable. I understand businesses get busy, but customers deserve respect and basic communication. Waiting that long just to leave empty-handed is poor customer service and reflects badly on the entire operation. Management seriously needs to step in, address the staffing and service issues, and make the necessary changes. No customer should have to go through an experience like this.

The celery pieces are hard and uneatable. Just cook longer. It's a filler and that's okay,but it's useless when not cooked properly!

I usually like panda express

I usually like panda express; however I gave it a weak 3 stars because of what I received. I absolutely love their black pepper Chicken, so this time I decided to go with black pepper steak. I got about 6 little nuggets on top of some noodles with a bunch of vegetables, but then I realized this must be "tarrif" black pepper steak...like the food we buy in the grocery stores. It seems that everything is high priced and low quality now; at least to me anyway. I'm still gonna eat there. I just won't be getting this again. It wasn't enough for me and I'm a tiny lady.

Excellent quality for the dollar.

Panda Express has always been our go to for a quick inexpensive takeout Chinese meal . It's hot , flavorful and made with quality ingredients . It's not fancy dining but definitely a huge step up from the fast food chains in the area . Orders are plentiful and fresh . It's a big bang for the budget. Multiple locations in our area that makes it a convenient spot for a snack or meal. I've never been disappointed with the convenience of dining in or takeout, my preference is getting to go due to the crowds during peak hours of operation.

Poor

Poor, do not quite understand if I'm willing to pay a panda bowl in a box. This is the only fast food restaurant that's gives me a hard time when it comes to separation of items. Yes I understand the portions will be the same as a panda bowl but when I have. Child with special needs it is challenging to get him to eat. Panda it's not for the customers but to their own benefit. When I asked the associate why the change ??? Or why was this not possible??? He seem more worried about the restaurant policies because they might think he is stealing, is sad the way this associate feels. Then yet panda is making money BECAUSE OF CUSTOMERS and again I understand policies but this is ridiculous. Other places seem to be happy to do so when asking please and letting them know why due to a child that has special needs. Such a disappointment when they don't really carry their own values.

To long wait times

To long wait times. After waiting 15 minutes in line. They did not have what we wanted, partial order, took another 20 minutes to get rest of meal ordered. I let my wife order her meal, but I refuse to eat here again. Did not order anything.

The orange chicken bowl that I ordered looked and tasted like it had just been reheated from a freezer bag. The vegetables in the fried rice were still frozen. Stick to the local Chinese restaurants. They will make the food in front of you and you will have more choices too.
