Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the cycling products and components are of exceptional quality, arriving quickly and securely packaged with great care without any issues. People consistently appreciate the incredibly helpful staff members, efficient communication, expert technical advice, and a completely seamless ordering process from start to finish. Some reviewers were not happy with occasional challenges regarding customer after-sales support, unresolved warranty claims, and the proper handling of defective items. A few people also experienced unexpected transit damage, notable delivery delays, or distinct difficulties resolving problems when items arrived broken or faulty.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Every order I’ve made from PP has arrived quickly. I’ve been really happy with the quality of the items. Cool vibes all round and will be ordering something from Joe and the team soon no doubt
We'll be ready to serve when you're ready to order 🫡
Did 3 orders over the last 1.5 years from Germany . First a wheelset, second some small parts and at least a handlebar. Everything went smoothly and perfectly!
Thanks for the positive feedback Michael!
I have ordered from Panda Podium several times. Great customer service, great products, and fast international shipping too! Will buy from them again.
Bought a new handlebar for my Wilier Filante SLR. Panda Podium delivered very fast, and all questions were answered whithin 24 Hours. Now as the bar has been mounted I can say that Panda Podium did an excellent Job. Bike looks perfect, rider is happy!
I purchased a pair of wheels recently and could not have been happier with the entire experience, beginning with the excellent (and patient!) communication and advice received during the decision-making process. Beyond that, entirely professional service throughout, including unexpected and thoughtful extras in the package, and the wheels are precisely as promoted. I've definitely come to realise the overwhelming performance/cost benefit of Chinese cycling products, so will no doubt look again to Panda Podium for added peace of mind. It's undeniably a no-brainer.
Thanks for sharing Nickolas!
Wonderful customer service- very helpful, polite and professional. My item was shipped quickly and arrived well protected in the packaging.
The product delivery to Switzerland was fast and worked very well. I would order again from Panda Podium.
I got the CRW wheels for my Chapter 2 build in 2024/2025. The process was very straightforward. I love the wheels, and I'm planning on getting another set of CRW when I replace the wheels on my Seka bike. Im not a fan of paying or falling for the big name western brand marketing, in the sense that Chinese brands are inferior.
The communication between Panda and the consumer is on point! I have ordered several items from Panda and the interaction was beyond great! I have referred several cyclists to Panda and they two have had great experiences.
Only ordered some TPU inner tubes but reasonably priced and delivery was extremely quick.
Great experience. Ordered my original product and when checking shipping status they were very responsive. Did have one issue that was rectified fast. Will definitely buy from PP again.
We're always here to help. Thanks for the kind words George.
I've purchased a frame and integrated bar from Panda Podium and had a very positive experience. I had several questions as part of my engagement and the comms was good. Once I purchased, the shipping was surprisingly quick, and the packaging (especially considering it was a carbon frame) was top-notch. I will without doubt do business with PP again.
We look forward to having you again Andy. Thanks for the kind words.
Fantastic customer service from people who know what they’re doing. I had a wonderful shipping experience and I love the wheels I ordered from Panda. They are my number one stop for new bicycle parts and accessories. Couldn’t be happier with them
Thanks for the kind words! Humbled!
I had been considering Chinese wheelsets for the Fairlight Strael I was building. I was really leery of purchasing because I did not know enough about the brands. I stumbled across Panda Podium. Once I discovered what they were about and read reviews my concerns and confusion were gone. i felt confident buying from them. I am now enjoying a 1400g set of 9Velo GV45s. I will definitely use them again!
Thats great to hear Mark! Hope your wheels bring you many happy miles.
Simply put, this shop is superior to any local bicycle store. It is worth noting that they provide expert advice not only before the purchase, but also afterward. If other retailers want to learn how to establish and maintain customer relationships, they should consider making a purchase here. Five stars, superior. Nothing less. My purchases so far: three frame sets, four wheelsets. More to follow.
We're grateful to have you as part of our community. 🙌
Over the past two years, I’ve placed several orders for TPU tubes and other performance accessories. I love the fact that Panda does a great job of testing and vetting their products as the Chinese cycling market has lots of great value products but also its fair share of cheap products that aren’t worth messing with. Joe and his team do a good job of selecting only the good stuff and offering it for a competitive price.
We're glad to have you as part of our community. Thank you!
Made numerous purchases from the guys at Panda Podium. Oustanding service and kit. CRW wheels, AVRO handlebars (2), hubs etc. All been absolutely flawless. Despatched and delivered to the UK without issue. When I needed an extra bearing top cap and spacers for a new frame, not a problem, perfect comms and the perfect solution. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend. PS. My Colnago C68 on CRW wheels and AVRO Gen 1 bar and stem got a supernice on GCN Tech Show Ep.421. It rides even better than it looks :-)
Super Nice 🔔 🔔 🔔 Enjoy your bikes Andrew!
The team has been very responsive in assisting me in terms of choosing deals and parts. Amazing selection of frames also. If you're looking for a high quality provider, PP is the best you've got.
First of all I am a big fan on Joe and China cycling for some time now and I really value his work but…I am saving money for a frame upgrade and I missed the Black Friday sale due to budget constraints. I reached out to the sales support and fair enough I got the response that that’s not possible but the way it was communicated was far from good customer experience.
