Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the cycling products and components are of exceptional quality, arriving quickly and securely packaged with great care without any issues. People consistently appreciate the incredibly helpful staff members, efficient communication, expert technical advice, and a completely seamless ordering process from start to finish. Some reviewers were not happy with occasional challenges regarding customer after-sales support, unresolved warranty claims, and the proper handling of defective items. A few people also experienced unexpected transit damage, notable delivery delays, or distinct difficulties resolving problems when items arrived broken or faulty.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I wanted to mix and match a CRW wheelset and the team were excellent in enabling me to purchase 3 wheels (2 front) with sizes that were not published on the website (60 rear, 65 and 40 fronts). Great customer service, speedy delivery and a fair price
Thanks Andrew! We aim to accommodate.
Order arrived in time well packaged and item exactly as described . Was of very good quality and reasonably priced.
Bought wheels in early 2025 and now Jan 2026, a frame, wheels and some small parts. Delivery to the EU was 17 days, which was as expected. The equipment is excellent, but more importantly the communication was top notch throughout the process. Even after delivery, where a small part of the equipment was broken, I got immediate response and the replacement was no issue at all. Overall, a very reliable and trustworthy comapany run by friendly and helpful people.
Thanks for the positive feedback Alfred! We're lucky to have you!
Overall, a good experience with this road wheelset, CRW Works CS4045 Road Disc Brake Wheelset. Communication with the seller was o.k.— decent responses and very helpful throughout the process. Shipping was really slow (overall end to end 9-10 weeks). The wheels arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. The build quality looks solid. The finish is clean, the wheels arrived true (after 25k KM they still are true with the correct tension), and the ceramic hubs spin smoothly. Overall weight 1190 grams. Installation on Colnago v3r-s was easy and they feel responsive during normal riding and acceleration. However, at higher speeds and in stronger crosswinds, the stability isn’t as good as I expected, and the weeks start vibrating, so handling can feel a bit less confident in those conditions. Because of that, I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5. Overall though, it’s still a very good wheelset for the price, and a noticeable upgrade from stock wheels.
Hey Gil! Sorry the shipping took so long... must have been a busy period or something. I bet your Colnago is super light now! Must climb well!
A great business to deal with, products are tested before recommendation which is fantastic and you know you've got someone to turn to incase of problems. THE farsport carbon bladed wheels are light and awesome! Prices are also reasonable and rhe service by Joe and his team is exemplary and without fault in my case. Great stuff Joe keep doing what you're doing.

I purchased a crankset and a power meter fram panda podium, everything went pretty well, shipping was fast, service was good. Highly recommend if you know what you want and want to give other brands a try.
Always a great experience buying from Panda Podium. They're very clear about what's in stock and when you will get it.
I’ve put in theee orders with Panda Podium. All three were perfect transactions. I’ll note in particular the very speedy shipping. I bought a titanium frame from China and it was a disaster. Panda Podium on the other hand demonstrates how Chinese sourced cycling products and customer service van be excellrnt.
Sorry about your bad experience elsewhere. We're happy to have you as a part of our community Robert.
recommend 5/5
Not only do I order products from Panda Podium, I've been a long time supporter of Chinese wheelsets even before Panda Podium was created, I also correspond with them regarding advice on various parts. I'm a committed "weightweenie" and am always on the lookout for lighter, but trustworthy, parts for my builds. Panda Podium fills the bill!
Thanks Albert! We're grateful to have you in our community.
Very good Customer Support! Fast shipping, top notch products! Highly recommended :-)
Very happy with the 9velo wheelset I purchased through Panda Podium. More importantly I’m thrilled with the level of support I’ve received from their team both during and after the purchase process. Could not be helper with the experience.
From one Joe to another... Thanks!
I ordered TPU Tubes from Panda Podium Joe. The delivery takes a little time but came complete. I had some issues with a couple tubes failing and reached out to Joe. These were replaced and I have no issues with these in over a 18 months. The web site is comprehensive and easy to find what you looking for.
Thanks Peter! We try to fix any issues we can 👌
Joe knows the best cycling products coming out of China. You can trust Panda Podium to get you high quality products at the best prices and with top rated service that you could not get through trying to acquire these items by yourself. I bought a frame (AR1) and wheels and have been slicing it up on Tuesday worlds for over a year on these with zero issues. 真棒！
Hey Bob! Good to see you taking it to them on Tuesday worlds. ;) Thanks for your kind words.
I am absolutely happy with my purchase. The communication with support was quick and pleasant, and the shipping was perfect. I will definitely be back. Panda forever!"
Panda power!
Delivery was on time and responses to questions were quick. I had a great experience buying from Panda Podium.
Thanks Darko! Lets us know if you need any help in the future.
Great shop, great service
10/10 service and great bike products. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from again. Seems like a few bad reviews all regarding shipping but they seem to have figured it out. Thanks Joe and the panda team!
Thanks for being part of our community Dakota!
Tried to order groupsets from AliExpress with no success. They kept getting stopped at customs due to incorrect paperwork. Tried panda podium and it's simply a step above in terms of service and experience. I ordered two groupsets and both arrived successfully. The YouTube channel gives confidence in the team, and the bonus - the panda power socks!
Hey Emmet, good to hear and glad you enjoy the socks :) Panda Power!
