I have purchased multiple products and some I had a lot of questions. Team was extremely helpful and responded fast. Also bought a set of wheels and handlebars. Best experience, excellent shipping and most all good and well vetted products. Can not praise them enough. Will buy many more items from them.

I ordered a wheelset from Panda Podium and it got lost during delivery: I informed them and they sent a replacement rather quickly, hustle free! All communication was quick and on point, other companies could learn from them! With them, you dont only feel like a customer, more like a partner or friend.
5 star service!
I had a great experience buying from Panda Podium! I had been aware of Joe and his website for quite a while, and I have enjoyed his content on his own YouTube channel as well as on the Nero Show and others. I’m currently in the process of modernising my range of bikes so decided to buy a Magene PES powermeter from Panda Podium. The website was clear and simple to use. No issues ordering to the UK. All the product information was there. My order was easy to track and I also got a nice freebie of some TPU tubes, which will also go on my new, more modern build. There’s some great stuff on Joe’s site and he and his team are doing a great job with free information and also by supporting amazing riders like Harry Hennem! Thanks Panda Podium! 🐼 🇨🇳🏁🚴🏻♂️🚴🏻🚴🏼♀️

I bought TPU tubes and received them rather quickly. But there was an error, I received 45mm tubes instead of 65mm tubes. They send me the replacement gratis and I was about to give for free the wrong tubes to my friends.
Perfect
All was perfect with them. Attention before and after purchase, shipment, product. I'll deal with them in the future for sure.
Through Panda Podium
Through Panda Podium, I ordered a set of Farsports Evo S5 wheels, which were sent promptly and solidly packaged to me in the Netherlands. Great service!
Best way to buy gear from China
Had a really good experience with Panda Podium. I’ve ordered from them a few times and everything went smoothly. Communication was good and the products arrived exactly as expected. In my opinion it’s one of the best and most trustworthy places to buy cycling gear directly from Chinese brands. Definitely recommended.
Good quality& fast shipping
The shipping was fast, and when I contacted the store regarding my order, customer service answered quickly. I bought a carbon handlebar and I'm very happy with my purchase. I will buy from this store again.
Exclusive top quality products
Exclusive top quality products. I am very happy with the OVERFAST Ultralight Thru Axles.
love my cranks
Ordered 165mm Cybrei carbon cranks for Shimano. Timely delivery, absolutely beautiful cranks. Did 16.000km in 9 months without any problems, still looking like new.
Good company that stands behind their products.
I've ordered two sets of wheel, a crank, and handlebars from Joe and the team at Panda Podium. I've also had two other friends order products. Shipping and high volume times can sometimes effect shipping dates but everything always showed up. The team is helpful if you questions and custom parts. I had my handlebars fitted with custom spacers for my bike. Probably the best site to get Chinese bike products in a western country.
Top service and top quality
Super smooth experience purchasing from Panda Podium, super fast answers to any of your questions, they really take care of you. I purchased a 165 mm Cybrei carbon crankset and chain rings. Wonderful products, super light and beautifully worked, easy to assemble, put on and tune, work perfectly with my Ultegra di2 and my Evolve Cima. All in all, I'll buy again from Panda Podium.

I have bought a number of items from Panda Podium over the last few years including 2 wheelsets. Both wheelsets have been excellent in terms of quality and performance. Value implies cheap but when the products are better all round than the big 'Western brands' and are cheaper, its a mute point - and a bonus! They've been great with advice (recommending alternatives) over email and I've referred them to friends who have also had great experiences. Shipping to Australia has been really fast - 2 weeks max. Its my first stop for key bike parts for me. Thanks Joe and Tom!

It’s a straight forward process.
It was a straight forward process ordering from Panda Podium. I ordered the PMT Elegant helmet with MIPS. Paid the money and the helmet was delivered in less than a week. That’s all you could ask for.

I use that helmet every day for my commute! :) Ride on!
I contacted Panda Podium regarding an order and received excellence all the way through!
I contacted Panda Podium regarding a power meter, crank, chain rings and Titanium axle to ensure that they would be compatible for my use. I quickly received back confirmation that this was a good combo and that the products were in stock. When I ordered I received a follow up to say that the order was received and a timescale of when it would be dispatched. I was so happy with this service as this kind of service delivery just doesn't exist any more outside of Panda Podium. I received the parts in a short while, everything was as described and I must say the quality of the Cybrie carbon crank, Ti axle and Carbon chainrings was even better than I had anticipated. Totally happy with the products and service, all comes highly recommended and 12 months on and 14k later all is just as good. Trust Joe and his team, buy the best from the best.
