I ordered a carbon wheelset from these…
I ordered a carbon wheelset from these guys after hearing the founder on a cycling podcast. He earned my trust really quick with his honest and transparency on the podcast. The transaction went smoothly from here in the U.S. and the shipping went smoothly. Couldn’t have been happier to learn about them and do business with them.

Thanks for your kind words. :)
Knowing that I would actually receive…
Knowing that I would actually receive what I ordered, and if there was a problem it would be sorted. Also peace of mind that the team at PP test each product, which gives me confidence when buying. This was for run flat tyre liners, which have been great.

Thanks for your custom Terry!
Very reliable, don't undermine them for being a company based on Chinese goods
As a first time customer on this website and a relatively young customer, with no responsibilities and trying to find cheap but reliable and authentic components, I'd say that panda podium is a really good online store for that. I'd also like to point out that their community service is on point as I texted them throughout Chinese New years and they left an automated bot, messaging me back with a response saying, they'll get back to me once the holidays are over and sure thing, they messaged me the same day they told me they were.

Great to hear Axel! We look forward to having you back again.
Don't hesitate to order from Panda Podium
Have ordered multiple items from their website, and all the orders were received without any problems. Questions were always answered timely during the decision making process and believe that the personnel who are riders themselves will go to great lengths to ensure your satisfaction with their products. I will continue to trust them with future orders as new prodcuts come out and hav been tested by them thoroughly.

Panda Podium was great to work with
Panda Podium was great to work with. I ordered a bike through them right as USA's first permutation of the tarrif fiasco took place and they were kind enough to take care of me and also ship everything quickly. Communication throughout that period was super efficient and open. The quality of everything was spot on and will definitely be returning for new stuff as well

Bigrock Sohtea frame
Bought a Bigrock Sohtea road frame for a build. Quality was good, especially for the price. I had questions about the headset assembly for the frame, so I reached out to the customer service team and received a prompt and helpful response. So far, the bike is holding up great about 9 months later. Thanks!

All of my transactions with Panda…very positive
All of my transactions with Panda Podium have been very positive. I have purchased a Quick Pro AR:One frame set, CRW 50/60 and 40/45 wheelsets, two bar stems and a seat. The frame weighed in at 820 grams. Built up with SRAM AXS Red the complete bike weighed 7.0 kg with the 50/60 wheels and 6.7 kg with 40/45 wheels. I have ridden the bike 3500 miles without any problems. The headset and BB (BBInfinite) have been perfect. The 50/60 wheels are very fast but are hard to handle on windy days. I use TPU tubes in both wheels. I plan on buying the ER One frame set in 2026 from Panda Joe. And another set of wheels. Maybe the TT frame too.
I will buy the Panda Podiuem agaqin
I've bought a few things from PP. Very easy to deal with. I had some questions that they answered very quickly. When I had a problem with the magene power meter cranks they quickly provided support. And sent me a replacement. This was nearly two years after purchase.
Panda Podium deserve more than 5 Stars.
Panda Podium deserve more than 5 Stars. I have purchased a few sets of CRW Wheels and recently a Quick Pro Frameset. At every step, specifically Ava and Joe have gone above and beyond to make the experience as a customer second to none. They set the benchmark, full stop.

Worry-free, high-end Chinese bike parts
PandaPodium is great for delivering high-end Chinese bike parts. There’s no doubt about quality like with other Chinese selling platforms. Shipping is also clear. I bought a Bigrock Sohtea frameset and I love it. The specs and build quality are amazing for the price level.

Excellent service all round!
I’ve bought a couple of items from panda podium — handlebars in both cases — the service was top quality and delivery prompt and efficient. Delivered from China to Australia in about a week. The staff were very happy to answer my dumb questions in both cases before purchase. Definitely recommend!
