Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the cycling products and components are of exceptional quality, arriving quickly and securely packaged with great care without any issues. People consistently appreciate the incredibly helpful staff members, efficient communication, expert technical advice, and a completely seamless ordering process from start to finish. Some reviewers were not happy with occasional challenges regarding customer after-sales support, unresolved warranty claims, and the proper handling of defective items. A few people also experienced unexpected transit damage, notable delivery delays, or distinct difficulties resolving problems when items arrived broken or faulty.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I made a purchase of Farsport s series wheels with ceramic bearings. Wheels are great! Rode them 3500 miles last year. Shipping was great! Note this was before someone implemented tariffs. I’m sure PP has something in place to help this situation but not clear it totally.
hi have been ordering from Pand Podium for over 3 years and have had a great experience I just received a bike frame and had to change the size at the last minute, and there was no pushback. The team just sorted it amazingly
Super impressed with the buying experience from Panda Podium. I wanted to make purchase recently and my the payment would not go through at the checkout. I sent a message using the assistance feature the appears in the lower right, and I was able to talk through the issue and PP offered me a different payment route that worked readily. We even sorted out some more details associated with the order. It was all very much as if I was standing in a shop, talking to a sales person. Really appreciated the super service.
Excellent company to deal with. Top notch customer service, superb products (CRW works HB01 integrated bars are unreal, so pleased with them). Fast free delivery to the UK, tracked all the way.
Great range of the latest goodies. Purchased a set of farsports which are great wheels, but the rest of the purchasing process was handled perfectly by Panda Podium. Got great advice prior to purchase and shipping packaging and associated timelines were about as quick as you could ever hope for. Would happily use again.
Bought the CRW 5060’s last year and will be racing on them for 2026. Great customer service and excellent wheel build quality! Shipped in a strong box with good protection/padding. Fast shipping to Austria and tracking through the whole process. Will be back once they release the new Aeroad cockpit 👀
Hi, I ordered a pair of OVERFAST Ultralight Thru Axles for a 3T Strada Team, not a standard order for a 2021 frame. After excellent communication with a product specialist, I received the correct parts. Weight exact 30 grams the pair. :-) Shipped to Germany. Many thanks dear Panda Podium Team, from a happy client!
The entire experience was fast easy. I was worried at first if my order would come in time or even at all but Panda communication and follow up was excellent and I am looking forward to getting some more upgrades to my bike!
I purchased titanium thru Axels received the product within a reasonable time with a little gift thrown in was a nice touch !
I order Farsport Evo 5s and i would 100% buy them again from panda podium. The shipping and packaging was excelent and fast.
Many thanks to Tom, Frank, Ome and Joe for all the support with the shipping. They truly stand behind their website and the service they provide. I’ve already shopped with them twice, and there will definitely be more in the future. Thank you!
Got a great deal on tpu tubes. Nice shopping experience.
Ordered the improved CRW5060 wheelset and the shipping was actually a few weeks faster than predicted. I‘m very happy with my order and I think my next bike will be built from a frame and parts from Panda Podium.
I really appreciate the work Joe does to research and find the best products from China. Website very easy to navigate and use. Happy customer!
They are great...ordered a crankset (before asked informations and received a really kind and good answer) and received it quickly ! Great quality for the all new cycling component. Thanks
Zero issues with ordering, payment or delivery. God contact throughout.
Amazing service that felt seamless. So seamless I didn't think it would go to plan! Picture it: ordered a crank based power meter, got the order confirmation but in the meantime decided to try a different crank length. Sent a message and within hours had a reply confirming it was possible and had already been updated and was ready to ship. Not even giants like Amazon can get this stuff right! New favourite place to buy gear I can be sure is geniune and appears to be backed by Joe. I'm going for the CRW bar/stem to replace my Seka cockpit next as mine is too short.
Joe here writing this reply, haha. Let us know if you have any questions about the handlebar!
Product was great and as described, and shipping times was as promised. Couldn't ask for more.
Buying an integrated handlebar these days can be confusing. I appreciated the help from staff pointing me to the EXS Aerover bar — it’s an amazing piece of equipment and by far the best bar I’ve ever used. It’s so good I ordered two more — one for my gravel bike and one for my girlfriend’s bike.
The problem of compatibility in the bike industry can be confusing! Glad we were able to shine some light on it.
Made one purchase so far, L-TWOO 1x11 gravel groupset. The product was delivered on time and packaged well. I had a few questions which the team at Panda Podium answered quickly. It's a reliable and good source for China cycling products.
Thanks for your custom Brent!
