I have been waiting since last Tuesday…
I have been waiting since last Tuesday for my withdrawal. 12 business days to get paid for my winnings that is unheard of in the business. Three four days tops and those are sites like zodiac. I've never heard of twelve business days to boot. That means I won on the 21st and I won't get paid until August 6th. That is not cool. I am not impressed. I have sent numerous emails asking for them to somehow expedite my withdrawal as I spent my last twenty euros to win 150. I can not believe that with wait times like that they would have repeat customers. I don't understand as my deposit was crypto. I verified all of my information and a crypto transaction is instant. I wouldn't be so upset had their customer service actually emailed me back. As well when I ask the automated computer about the withdrawal process it says it only takes two to three days for a withdrawal. But when it says would you like me to check on the status of your withdrawal and I consent it tells me it will take 12 days. I am so confused 🤔. I gave three starts and not one because I actually really like the games and the platform is well designed but they really need to shorten the wait.

Casino is very dodgy they make the rules up as they go along deposited 100 won 2600 then I was told I could only withdraw 10 x deposit amount which was disappointing anywsy ended up withdrawing 950 then bcz it was taking so long i reversed it to change it to crypto ion their advice went to withdraw again but now I can only withdraw 500 lol they said I okayed some of the money wow which 100% did not touch the money so now still waiting for the 500 which I highly doubt I’ll get it’s coming up to 1 month very bad place no support they rarely get back to you anywsy live and learn i have to say after month they have paid me half and they reassure me thst the balance is coming

Stay away the worse customer service I’ve come across so frustrating realky realky bad for every 10 or so emails you maybe one is replied to with the same answer terrible you have to waste so much time and effort to try and get your withdrawal in the end I gave up trust me stay away from this place
