We apologize that the manufacturer discontinued the original item. To make things right, we offered you the choice of a full refund or replacement reels. You chose the replacement option, and we provided two reels with a combined retail value of approximately $180 in exchange for a reel that you originally purchased for $89. In addition, both replacement reels were thoroughly cleaned and serviced prior to shipment at no additional cost. Our goal was to provide a solution that exceeded the value of the original purchase and demonstrated our commitment to customer service. While we understand that not every situation ends perfectly, we are disappointed that our efforts resulted in a 3-star review, especially after providing options and absorbing over a $50 loss on the transaction to ensure you received more value than your original purchase to make up for it. In addition, a previous 1-star review. Regardless, we appreciate your business and hope you enjoy the free reel.
