We ordered a skin test and got screwed
We ordered a skin test. Paid for it and then this company continued to use the credit card to charge the same amount over and over claiming we signed up for a subscription which we did not do and when asked to cancel they said they were happy to switch it to a single purchase which was more expensive.

Hi Mike, we're very sorry that the subscription plan was not clear to you and that you had a negative experience with us. It doesn't happen often, and we take it very seriously when it does. At Parallel, we have a 3-mo minimum on all protocols and subscriptions. In particular, the MD-03 Protocol™ requires three months to get through the introductory period of testing, resetting with microbiome skincare, and rebalancing with your custom phage. We tried to make this very clear over the phone, as well as in the subscription email, but we will take your feedback and continue to optimize our process. While we have a 3-mo minimum, we offered to make an exception and switch you back to an a la carte test product. The one time purchase price is, indeed, more expensive than the monthly fee because we provide a major discount for subscribers. Nonetheless, when you are ready, Dr. Brown is ready to go over your results with you, which I think you may find very interesting and potentially helpful. Either way, we are committed to making things right for you.

I like my Blue Biotic Multi-Effect…
I like my Blue Biotic Multi-Effect Peptide Cream. It gets readily absorbed and isn't greasy. When I needed to change my shipments to once every three months they were very helpful and responded very quickly.

Mystery debris falling from my scalp
Thanks for having this service available. Been having severe intrusive issues for 3 years. Looking forward to getting a root cause to my scalp problem. Couldn't get anyone to do this type of testing or to listen fully. Can't wait for my kit and to prayerfully get back to normal.

I'm glad I had the bacterial test.
I'm glad I had the bacterial test. I've tried many different products but nothing worked. The test revealed the cause so I can pinpoint it and take action. I wouldn't have been able to find the cause on my own, so I'm grateful to the company for doing the test. It's expensive, but I'd recommend it to people who are seriously concerned or who have tried many different products without any results.

I was honestly skeptical when given the Blue Biotic multi-effect peptide cream but within a month or two, without a doubt, there was noticeable improvement in my skin quality, with greater hydration, radiance and softening of fine lines. I absolutely love the Holy Calming Cleanser--it leaves my skin feeling clean and balanced, and smell great!
