On top of having both email address invalid, they are also rejecting people’s reviews here on Trustpilot saying they belong to other businesses or defining they defamatory. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. This is the very definition of a company which is intentionally trying to scam parents. I will prosecute now via legal action against them.

I believe this company is a scam
I believe this company is a scam. Signed up for a one time course with lifetime access and a few add ons, only to be hit with recurrent payments which were not disclosed up front and nobody answers emails. In fact the support email even says it is unreachable and can’t deliver mail. Disgusting company preying on vulnerable parents!
Currently chasing a refund via my bank instead.

This is a complete scam. I didn't subscribe, however, they charged for a recurring charge. It was to be one month at a discounted rate. When I emailed them, I got that I just missed the 30 day window and they would not refund. This is a common theme. Do NOT fall for this. They need to be shut down. Furthermore, the email for support was returned as not valid. They are scammers.

I made a one off payment and after…
I made a one off payment and after reading reviews messaged the company to say i want no further payments taken from my account. They confirmed my payment was a one off "therefore no further payments will be taken 😊" is what they emailed me back. Yet one month later they withdrew £45 from my account. Fraudsters. To anyone reading this who hasnt yet paid them - dont they arent any less than criminal thieves!!!

Purchased a 28 day course
Purchased a 28 day course. Never agreed to or signed up for a subscription. I have tried to activate my account but they never gave me the authorization code they were supposed to so I can’t access my account. Never got a link for an app and am unable to locate one in the App Store. Total scam. I am now getting multiple charges even after I was told that my subscription was canceled. Liars and thieves

I’ve enjoyed the potty training program. It provides parental wisdom and encouragement in small steps that includes frequent repetition. I only wanted to do one month and the cancellation process seems easy so far. It might encourage me to sign up again.

Do NOT buy anything from this company! I only signed up for a one-time challenge/course, but they hiddenly enrolled me into an automatic monthly subscription without my consent. They have been charging me multiple times without authorization.When I requested a refund, their customer service delayed the process and refused to honor their 30-day money-back guarantee. This is completely dishonest and a total scam.I demand a FULL REFUND immediately. If you are a potential customer, stay away from this trap!

I'm finding this helpful, not all necessarily new information but it is helping me get into a better proactive and positive brain space to support my children with adhd, and help me stay calm when things get hard.
