Great service
When we headed out to the shuttle he…
When we headed out to the shuttle he had just passed by so we called the hotel and she said he was heading back to the hotel and she would send him back. We stood out in the freezing cold for 30 minutes and called back. She told us he had already been back, which he hadn't because we stayed right at the shuttle pick up. She then said she would check on where the shuttle was and hung up on us. We waited another 15 minutes and he finally showed up Not a pleasant experience considering how cold it was outside and no where to keep warm without going inside and risking the shuttle to pass by again.

I called the front desk, said was wanting pick up from airport. 11:04 am, sat outside door 1, on island, where drop off driver said to be, when returning. Called front desk again, 11:34 said still waiting, it’s been half hour. 1) was told it was not an half hour! 2) was told I missed the van! 3) was told I was in the wrong spot 4)driver is returning with crew 5) van has a cookie on it look for that, it doesn’t say double tree? 6) driver shows up, drops off crew, doesn’t know he’s to pick me up! 7) asked did you call? Yes sir twice!! 8) half hour apart, why is this the first I’m hearing of this? Ask the front desk!!! 9) the driver took me to my car, I don’t believe it was his fault. 10) she lied! Blamed the customer! 43 degrees 11) next time I’ll just pay family
