There is no shuttle that does pickups for the location that I chose even though it listed a shuttle. I had to spend a lot to uber to the airport. I wouldn’t use this company again.
Easy booking

The price for your parking is very good, but the unavailability of your app and the difficulty of setting up an account on the web dropped my experience at this point.
Give the customer the correct phone number.
Booking seemed straightforward and mostly uncomplicated. The website instructed me to call the hotel to schedule shuttle service, but the phone number given was for a hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. Including the correct LOCAL phone number for the correct hotel is crucial.
The price is awesome!!
It was easy
It was easy to use the application and it was quick.
Bad Redirect When Accessing
When attempting to access the Parkobility service via my phone, the service provides a link to an invite app the doesn't work, specifically on Android devices. It is a nuisance for waht is otherwise a great service.
Excellent overall
Excellent overall. I only wish the front-desk would show more due diligence and pay more attention to customers in line once you're there to drop off your vehicle. Otherwise, I definitely recommend.
dependable and honest..

I can never log in with my previous email and password. I have to keep coming up with new email addresses to use to log to create a reservation. Frustrating! Love the savings, but wish the app was better!

Super easy to use and the hotel shuttle was on time and with a very friendly driver.
Easy reservation
Easy reservation! It was easy to get online and make the parking reservation and there were several choices of places to park.
parkobility.com provided many options…
parkobility.com provided many options for parking near the airport including the best price of $9.00 per day only a few miles from SFO. A super value especially during the holiday season.
I was overcharged for parking
I was overcharged for parking. I left numerous voicemails and wrote several emails to try and get my money back and they never responded to any of my inquiries. I would think twice about ever booking with them again!
