I placed an order and not realizing that they might send the package USPS I gave them the wrong address to send my package to. I live in an apartment where USPS does not deliver packages. When I got verification of my order I emailed them immediately to change the address to a package delivery service. They got right back to me and said they will do their best to change it. They didn't before processing. I emailed them back again. The gentleman I corresponded with was very helpful and over the next day or two tried relentlessly to change my address. He eventually did and I got my package.

Dislike new face mask product
I decided to try Particle's new face mask product based on positive experiences with the company and several of their other products. The face mask has a dark gray color and is like mud. I found it easy enough to apply, but it made a mess of the shower and didn't wash off as easy as I had expected. All other factors were positive - on time delivery, quick response and resolution of my issues (they credited me with another product I like - the face cream).
