I love these products. I’ve purchased the neck cream, face cream, shaving cream, deodorant, the Gravite cologne, and the Varros cologne. I can feel the quality in these products and they all smell wonderful. Even my grandkids compliment me on how I smell. My youngest is 7 and she says, “you smell good papaw.” I would like to see the company make bars of soap that smelled like the deodorant.

It’s impossible to get any resolution through either clicking on the on the website support link or writing directly to the support email address suppled. Theres no telephone number listed anywhere.

The Eye Cream uses an airless pump, so priming it with 10–15 full pumps, tapping the bottle upside down to release trapped air, and checking that the nozzle is clear can often get it dispensing again. If that doesn’t work, we’ll be happy to help with a replacement.

Delivery was another issue. Not pleased with it being delivered by Amazon shipping, Package was left on porch and got wet during a rain storm shortly after. Only knew the package had been delivered the next morning when I checked my email
