Products are great - that is why I am a repeat customer!! However, the website is difficult to order - the site pushes you to check out no matter where you are and doesn't allow you to easily add additional items - too many pre-determined clicks/routes to sort thru. Also - you need to provide travel size options!!

Haven’t even used their products yet (enroute) but experienced perhaps the best customer service team ever. I ordered some products and paid with my Apple Pay which is linked to ship to my home in Oklahoma. Totally my fault as I’m currently deployed in the Middle East and needed the products to arrive there. Instead of waiting around to return the products once arrived in Oklahoma or have my spouse send to me, the Particle customer service team instead sent a new order immediately to my deployed address and awarded me to keep the order that went to Oklahoma at no charge. I’ve been around for a hot minute and never had any company do something like this for the customer especially when I was at fault. For that, I will no longer seek similar products from anywhere else and appreciate the built culture within Particle of putting the customer first.

While I like the shampoo I can't say that it actually does what they claim. In fact the only difference between it and Suave shampoo is the price. And their rewards program is a complete joke. How can it actually be called rewards if you have to spend 50 dollars before you can apply the points you have?

I was always skeptical about commercials, but with the tv discount of 25% I figured why not. The face cream is amazing! I have been using it for about 6 months and people keep asking me what looks different about me LOL! Plus the auto refill is extremely accurate and delivery time is great.
