My product arrived in great shape. Particle did a fine job, however, your shipper "stinks". My package went from Texas to California and finally back to delivery in Colorado. So the product was shipped half the counry away and half the country back. What a waste. The shipper tracking was terrible. Tracking told me what town in each state where the package was located but never gave me a estimated arrival date until it showed up on my porch and then said it arrived. The post office tracking is much better and even they give a estimated arrival date

Didn’t know I had points ($) to use. It was a pleasant surprise. Generally easy to use website however finding points at the end of the process wasn’t the best way to set it up. Should have it up front like a (use points) tab. Otherwise the ordering process is smooth and free shipping a plus.

Purchase was received timely and satisfied the results making my skin appear more youthful than what it is. I wish the auto renewal was a priced just a bit lower. I have been a repeat customer, but have not signed for auto renewal because of that.

The particle for men customer service is outstanding, they are quick, human, and it feels like they are paying attention, care about what customers think, and try to make things right or follow through with what they say. In addition, their appears to be a lot of copy cats out there and who knows whats inside these others who may look just like the original, but even if it was the same product, they don't have the customer support like the true company and that is worth a lot. Avoid applying other products over the area afterward, as this can affect how the cream sets and may cause visible residue.
