The meaning of Vorsprung durch Technik
This is an excellent independent Audi parts supplier whose level of service is superb, which many franchised Audi centres can only dream of providing to their customers. Expertly helped and assisted by Sam and his colleague Rach who most importantly were friendly, replied to emails promptly and were easily contacted on phone as regards an enquiry about retrofitting space saver spare wheel to current Audi A1 S Line with Technology. Having done a bit of research for me they will be able to provide assistance particularly with A1 spare wheel options that few others in the UK will have the knowledge to provide. Thanks!

Contacted Partshaus for a aircon sensor for my Audi asked if I could collect and the part was waiting for me to pickup within 45 minutes fantastic customer service would definitely recommend

First class Customer care
I ordered 4 Supermetal alloy wheels for my VW Transporter from Partshaus. Unfortunately one of the wheels was damaged. Partshaus were unable to replace the damaged wheel, however the service I received from this point was first class. I tired several different options but to cut a long story short Partshaus paid for a new replacement wheel from another company. No arguments, no excuses, just excellent customer service, quick response and very understanding and helpful. This type of service is very unique and unusual in 2026 I would recommend using them and I would be happy to purchase off them in the future
