If you want your event to be fun then you want Party Time events. Barry and his team bring the fun and energy you want. He had everyone on the dance floor including a 80 yr old guest. The team is professional and courteous and is willing to accommodate your requests. I have been to a few events where PT events was the entertainment and they do not disappoint!!!
I just want to express how truly amazing the entire team at Party Time Events was throughout this process. From the initial planning right through to the event itself, every detail was handled with such care and professionalism—nothing was overlooked, and everything was thoughtfully considered and flawlessly executed. Their expertise ensured the event was absolute perfection. We couldn’t have done it without their guidance, consistent communication, and the dedication of everyone involved, which made the entire day seamless, well-paced, and incredibly memorable. The event was a huge success, and our guests had a fantastic experience thanks to their efforts. The team not only kept everything running smoothly but also created the exact vibe we were hoping for—elevated, energetic, and perfectly aligned with our vision. They truly brought the event to life and made it something special from start to finish.
Justine, thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review. It was truly an honor to partner with you and the entire Holland & Knight colleagues to produce your Tech Week VIP Casino event at your Boston office. From concept to execution, our goal is always to deliver a seamless, high-end experience, and we’re thrilled to hear that every detail, the flow, and overall energy aligned with your vision. Creating that elevated, engaging atmosphere for your guests is exactly what we strive for, and it means a great deal to know the event was such a success. Thank you again for your trust, communication, and collaboration throughout the process—it made all the difference. We look forward to the opportunity to work together again on future corporate events and luxury experiences in the Boston and New England region!
Barry was amazing! His staff was the best! He was able to accommodate our last minute request for our company Christmas party. He was very professional, friendly and on point with everything down to the communication. On behalf of Yankee Line, we can't wait to work with Party Time Events again! 10 out of 10 recommend!
Working with Party Time Events was great! We wanted to host a Musical Bingo Night, and Barry helped me set things up really easily. He was extremely accommodating and had great suggestions, even providing one of their best MCs Brendan for the event. During the event, everything from set up to hosting was smoothly handled by Brendan, I cannot recommend him enough!
Brendan was amazing and brought great energy to our party last week in the foundation room. The custom playlist made our staffs night and he was very accommodating to our staffs requests. Thank you Brendan and Barry!
Party Time Events Group was an absolute pleasure to work with and a true partner on a recent upscale private event. From start to finish, my communication with Barry was clear, timely, and professional, which made the planning and execution process seamless. The custom dance floor wrap and marquee numbers were beautifully executed and exceeded expectations. The quality of their work, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exactly what was envisioned played a major role in transforming the space and elevating the overall event design. What stood out most was how easy it was to collaborate with Barry. He provided examples of his work, he was organized, solutions-oriented, and clearly takes pride in his craft and customer service. As an event planner, working with vendors who are dependable and aligned with excellence makes all the difference and Party Time Events Group delivered on every level. I truly appreciate the partnership and look forward to future opportunities to collaborate. I highly recommend Party Time Events Group to anyone looking for high-quality event rentals and outstanding service.
Barry and his team went above & beyond for our wedding!!! They turned a restaurant hall into the most stunning wedding reception!! Barry is so full of energy and really knows how to keep people on the dance floor. We had so many compliments after from guests because they had so much fun!!! Could not recommend party time events more, you will not regret it!!
Party Time Events Group is a great company for any of your event/party needs! I reached out to a bunch of vendors in the area and this group was most responsive, timely, and worked to meet all of our hopes and needs. Their product quality really stood out to me and really transformed my event. The Rollerbowler game is so fun! Definitely look into this company!
Great experience and super friendly staff :)
Great customer service. Their equipment and games worked perfectly and everyone had an amazing too.
Party time events had amazing customer service and their products were high quality. I used their corn hole for my recent party and everyone had a great time using it.
It was such a great experience and a huge hit at the event we hosted, especially the skeeball!
Thanks to Party Time Events my 40th was quite possibly my favorite birthday ever. We looked at a lot of different party groups and I am so happy with our selection. Not only were the games fun (especially skeeball), but the DJ and light up things also really brought that special vibe. I had a great night with my husband and our friends and I hope we can do another event with this group in the future. Thanks for making this milestone so memorable!
Really organized group! Games were fun and unique in their own ways. Customer service was top tier.
Party Time Events went above and beyond for our big day. It was an unforgettable night, the music was perfect, the lighting was incredible! Fantastic touch with the hats and glow sticks. The Photo Booth was a wedding hit and the phone set up to leave a message for the bride and groom was a cool surprise! The way Barry interacts with the crowd and gets the party going and keeps the party going all night is truly impressive. Thank you Barry and team for everything you all did!
Barry and his team were phenomenal from start to finish. Party Time was one of the few event rental companies in the Boston area with LED bars that we could custom brand. They went above and beyond to make sure our custom branded Hennessy bar was perfect, delivered on time, and they provided extra lighting behind the bar. For your event needs, I would recommend Barry and Party Time Events to everyone. Ask for Barry! He's great, very responsive and wants to make sure you are well taken care of.
Unbelievable!!! From start to finish working with Barry was incredible. He took the time to get to know me, understand what I was looking for, and worked within my budget. He is professional and went the extra mile every step of the way and matched the vibes we were looking for. It truly felt like talking with a close friend or family. He offers options with lighting, entertainment, decor, photography, videography, he made sure everything ran smooth for us the entire night. We used them for a variety of lighting, a white dance floor that was the heart of the room, the audio telephone message from guests, drapery, glow bars, accessories that made the night pop!!! So grateful we found Barry and we had the best night!
I recently had the pleasure of collaborating with the Party Time Events team, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! Their professionalism, attention to detail, and incredibly friendly, personable approach set them apart in an industry where mediocrity often feels like the standard. Party Time Events truly excels in creating unforgettable, high-quality experiences that leave guests in awe. The production that they had put on was beyond impressive. I loved the Angel Wings roaming entertainers, as a vendor for events myself I have been to thousands of events, and the level of execution, vision, and delivery they provide is beyond exceptional. As someone who shares a commitment to guest satisfaction and flawless execution, I was especially inspired by their dedication to going above and beyond to work with everyone. From seamless coordination to thoughtful, engaging setups, their team brings energy and expertise to every event. Working with Party Time Events was refreshing, and I look forward to our next collaboration! Highly recommend them to anyone looking to create an unforgettable event!
Barry and his team are true lighting artists. They made elevated our student concert in ways we couldn't have imagined. We had to reschedule our event twice due to weather and unforeseen circumstances, and Barry was so accommodating with moving our date and bending over backwards to help us in any way he could. We have now worked with Barry for this event a few years in row and will continue to partner with him for hopefully many years to come.
Barry and his team made our school talent show a success! Their lighting/audio expertise elevated our students’ performances. I always enjoy working with Barry because he genuinely cares about an event’s success and will work with you to achieve your vision.
