Worst system ever
The system my GP used before was better. More transparent and easy to navigate. This system is dysfunctional. No option to book any appointments. The is no option to keep history of chat with my GP, as I used to do to show them that issue have been referred before. Time consuming, too many questions but still not what I am looking for.
