Stay away
Stay away. We lived in a Patrizia apartment for years and got treated like like an animal. I have paid +200.000 euro in rent and still got treated like an animal. We have numerous issues over the year! They send that fake extra cost bills every year of between 800 and 1500 Euro and after my move they have still not paid my deposit back after 6 weeks and even though they have decided to hold back 2000 euro for potential future "nebenkosten" They really treat their clients like they were jews in 1938 Germany. They use Tüv Süd to administrate a perfect partnership of two unreliable and horrible companies.
