I love the one time payment instead of the stupid subscription plans other pdf editors have. The text OCR scanner is a little weak if it's a scanned document and the fields have a grey background. It wasn't able to edit any of those fields when I tried. I wish the page resize option would retain the same settings once changed. I have to click: "custom, landscape, 8.5" * 11" ... every time I resize a page. I've had several instances where I'd forget to hit "custom" to only change the selected/current pages and ended up resizing the entire book with pages having the wrong orientations, and since you can't "Undo" the resizing option, I'd have to close without saving and re-open it to try again.

I have a perpetual license for Wondershare PDFlement Professional for Mac. I'm currently using Version: 8.6.8. I also purchased a perpetual license for Version 10 early in 2024. I use this product extensively. It performs well most of the time. However, lately I'm unable to make changes to pdf documents and save the changes. When I try to save changes, a pop-up advertising subscription benefits appears and prompts me to: A. Save With Watermark B. Buy Now C. Refresh Authorization Since I'm a 2 time paid customer with perpetual licenses, none of those options apply. I've been effectively prevented from using my license for over 2 months. Support has been handed over to a nearly unintelligible AI program. Is there some way to get help from a human untangling this issue? Update: The only "support" PDFelement seems to have now is AI. This is the same as NO support. I want a HUMAN to take care of this situation. Without support, a Perpetual License is worthless; money down the drain. Is Wondershare PDFelement prepared to support this product for paying customers or not?
