Do not use - beware
Used the "one time document edit" choice at £1.45. It allowed me to edit something that the HMRC had sent me without printing and rescanning.... BUT they then tried to take a £49 subscription from my bank. Luckily my bank blocked the transaction. Unless you tell them not to, the sign you up and take £49!! Caused me a lot of stress and when I went to the website to cancel I could not get into do so. Not cool. Do not use, it just seems to be a way to charge you an exorbitant amount for a subscription you didn't agree to.
Need to pay to download your files.
All goog except you get charged or have to pay when you're done editing your forms or files. Should be mentioned before putting all the work then have to pay to download your files. Annoying!

I don't like that I have to pay to do this. I didn't use to. Who captured our documents? I don't like that it captures a monthly $60+ fee automatically Not happy Jan.
Works, but hidden costs
There is a hidden subscription after you play the one time fee. This hidden sub is €50 which is absolutely insane. But the CS was quick to pay my money back and very helpful
