Noooooooooo
Legit helped me fix an old presentation, misleading not free
I was really frustrated about the way my presentation saved in my drive, because formatting was so off in some places I almost couldn't sell it as a digital product. I happened upon this site and got lucky, was able to make some corrections that I'm very grateful to have made. I wasn't aware of the paying part until I'd already invested a lot of work and I wish the site had been less internet-scammy about pulling me in. I may have been interested in a subscription of some sort if it had been more upfront

So far, so good!

First time. I purchased the 7-day access option, in case I need to make an amendment. Hopefully, no issues.

fast easy reliable
Pdfhel use cheating to enlist customers
Allowing a document to be uploaded and then asking for a fee to download it back is CHEATING. I accept that you wish to charge for your service but, luring users into setting up an account, which you then refuse to delete with the false 'unexpected error' message is dishonest.

I hope it all goes through correctly
I hope it all goes through correctly. Also, hope it’s just a one time thing, not any subscription. If so, it was great.

Not Free as Advertised
This service is advertised as free to use, but that's misleading. You can upload, edit, and even save your PDF, but when you're ready to download it, you're asked to enter your email address. Only after providing your details are you told that payment is required. Very disappointing and a complete waste of time. If the service isn't free, they should be upfront about it from the beginning instead of misleading users.
