Bad user experinence
here I quote my email-complaint to Pdfhelp: "I am dissatisfied with your service, to say it friendly. You offered your compression service for 100% FREE! After uploading my file you charged for the service including hidden subscription with automatic recurring charges. Worst of all: the downloaded file after your compression had exactly the same size as the original I uploaded. Iwill report your intrigueing dealings to appropriate institutions. J. Kindl"
