I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with PDFHelp.com due to what I consider to be an unethical billing practice. I paid SGD 1.45 for a one-time document amendment, believing it was a single transaction. Unknown to me, I was automatically enrolled in a subscription because the subscription terms were hidden in very small fine print at the bottom of the invoice. This was not clearly highlighted during the payment process, and I completely missed it. To make matters worse, I was charged SGD 62.37 every 28 days, not even on a standard monthly billing cycle. The first subscription invoice or receipt was never emailed to me, so I had no idea I had been enrolled or charged. The company then processed a second charge 28 days later. I only discovered both charges when I reviewed my credit card statement. Auto-enrolling customers into an expensive recurring subscription after a small one-time payment, relying on fine print that is easy to overlook, and then failing to send invoices or payment receipts for subsequent charges is, in my opinion, a highly misleading and unethical business practice. I strongly urge anyone using PDFHelp.com to read every detail carefully before making even a small payment. If you only need a one-time document service, monitor your credit card statements closely to ensure you have not been unknowingly enrolled in a recurring subscription. I hope the company improves its billing transparency by clearly requiring customers to actively opt in to subscriptions, providing prominent disclosure before payment, and emailing invoices and receipts for every recurring charge.

Fraud
Like many others, I was scammed by this company and charged €50 without authorising such payment. I tried to get this cancelled and reversed via several emails and calls without any success, thankfully my bank eventually did this for me and blocked all future payments from them. Please DO NOT use this website and if we all report them, they won’t be able to carry on this fraud any longer.
