These cases are designed to last a lifetime, hence the higher price range in comparison to competitors. We've checked our records and have no trace of a 1910 purchased by yourself. To assist you, we recommend contacting the retailer or website where the torch was purchased. They’ll be able to provide support, and you may also have warranty coverage through them.

We take the authorisation of marketing communications seriously at Peli Products (UK) Ltd and, having checked our records, we have no record of your details on our data base, and therefore no emails sent from us. this is not my first Peli micro case ,
this is not my first Peli micro case , I would like to have purchased a smaller case . but this was the smallest they make , i needed max protection ,as my pervious (non peli ) case was run over by a van . so i needed pro protection.

Great product and customer service
I've made a few orders with Peli now and I can't fault the product or the customer service. I've knocked off a star due to the issues with my last order though. The box arrived wrecked and had clearly been a poorly packaged and retaped return. Of course being an indestructible Pelicase it wasn't damaged, but on opening it was clearly a return as someone had marker pen-ed all over the foam. Peli apologised that the product should never have made it back into circulation like that and quickly offered me the option of a replacement or refund, however as they say, that kind of thing shouldn't happen. About to place an order for another one they are so good!
