My order was shipped out quickly. Even though there was an item on back order, I was notified promptly and the back order came about a week or so later. Will be ordering again!

Good product, slow shipping

The product seems to be good - BPC 157 BUT they advertise 3 day shipping and sit on your order for over a week, so don’t be in a hurry or order ahead of time. Happened twice now. Also I don’t like their payment methods.

Dangerous and Extremely Disappointed

Dangerous and Extremely Disappointed (notice there are NO responses from these monkeys) I would STRONGLY caution anyone considering ordering from GeoPeptides. I paid approximately $1,230 in Bitcoin for an order that, more than four weeks later, I still have not received. During that time, communication has been unacceptable, and my emails have largely gone unanswered. I was given two separate tracking numbers. One shipment was reportedly returned to Florida, where the company is located, and another tracking number showed delivery activity in California. I live in Missouri and never received either shipment. When I raised these issues, I was told that the employee responsible had been terminated. That excuse does nothing to fix the fact that I still do not have my order or a real resolution. I also had products independently analyzed and was disappointed with the results. The findings I received indicated purity levels that were significantly below 43%. Potential buyers should conduct their own due diligence regarding product testing, quality control, certification, and third-party verification before purchasing. The low prices and constant discount promotions may seem attractive, but my experience has been extremely negative. Between the lack of delivery, poor communication, and serious concerns about product quality, I cannot recommend this company. I am now going the legal route and documenting everything. I expect this matter to be investigated fully, including the role of Maure Tiller in what has happened here. Until my order is delivered or refunded, I will continue documenting my experience and pursuing all available remedies. Buyer beware.

Very disappointed

I ordered Tirzepitide and Bac water and was charged 2 day shipping. After 2 days I still had not received shipping confirmation. After sending an inquiry, I was told the back water was out of stock and I should not have been able to order it, therefore the entire shipment was held up. No notification, no one contacted me to let me know of the delay. After several days and a dozen emails, the peptide finally shipped. I still have not received the water, over 10 days later, and my 2 day shipping charges were never refunded.

Crypto Payment Seems Scammy

Pricing and shipping time is great, but the payment/order process is ridiculous. Having to use crypto accounts and apps is irritating, especially for people who have never used crypto. The process took days to figure out and it wasn’t until I emailed to let peptidic know that I attempted to purchase with no success, that my order was actually placed. It feels like a scam and I’m unsure if I’ll be purchasing again, solely because of this issue.

I placed my order on May 13th and my order didn't get FULFILLED until May 21st when Mary in customer service had to get involved after 3 emails from me.. When my order was received, I only received 2 of my 3 orders and the BAC water was missing..

Customer service. Peptidic lacks what other companies have. Customer service. I ordered a product over two weeks ago. Upon my initial email requesting an order status I received no reply for three days. I reached out again because who answers their email three days later after it was sent to them. Guaranteed that they read it. Another two days passed by and I received no response. I messaged them via Facebook. They blocked me after attempting multiple times to contact and get any answer about my problem. I have used products from this company before and they were great, clean, trustworthy. Recently they had to rebrand themselves because of their name not saying research in it, and I believe someone else has picked it up and is now scamming people. Until I receive anything stating otherwisei will continue to believe that. I will have to say I also got a product from Prime Peptides and received it within 3 days. Do not trust this website right now. If the fix it I will take back my commentary. But unfortunately I do not forsee that happening. Obviously they can’t face confrontation.
