Perfect Fit is great to work with!

I am grateful to have found Perfect Fit. They are not only the best value, they are wonderful to work with, especially Travis (who patiently answered all my onboarding questions.) The website is easy to navigate, and the team is friendly, responsive, and follows up. My experience with Perfect Fit has been far superior to my experience with one of the biggest names in the business. If you are looking for a great background check partner, I highly recommend Perfect Fit.

Hello

Hello, I've only done one check so far, but the turnaround time from start to finish was impressive. I also appreciate the owner of the company reaching out to me right away to make sure that my experience was what I had expected and if there was anything that would have made it better. That is customer service! Thanks again.

Great value and customer service!

Perfect Fit was recommended by my business coach for background checks. Management is highly communicative and responsive. The value of the product coupled with the outstanding customer service is great an amazing find. Thank you!

We spent a great deal of time calling…

We spent a great deal of time calling and testing out different background check providers. As a small company, all of the larger companies offerings didn't quite seem like the right fit. We ultimately chose PerfitFitBackgroundChecks, and we are SO glad that we did. Not only was the quality of the background check great, but the process was seamless. We ended up having a complicated case in New York, where many counties charge a separate large fee just to access their data. Travis walked us through the process, and answered any questions we had making what could have been a complex and expensive process, seamless and cost effective. We will be using Perfect Fit Background Checks again, and would recommend them with high regards

It's a Perfect Fit :)

Travis and his team are always so quick to provide support when needed. Any time I need to ask a clarifying question, either Travis or someone on his Support team have a detailed and thoughtful response. Every interaction is great and the price of service is very competitive. I've been in HR over 4 years and have been using their background check services for 2 years as an employee (and our company has partnered with them for over 3 years). Perfect Fit is the easiest, seamless, and quickest vendor I've partnered with. Would absolutely recommend!

Easy, Customized Experience!

Perfect Fit has made onboarding new employees easy. The process is explained in great detail, and we always get customized service and lightning-fast responses to our questions. Thanks for making background checks so easy!

Great company!

What made Perfect Fit Background checks…

What made Perfect Fit Background checks a great choice is the culture of top-notch customer service, of course their great prices and their accurate reports matter to my company, but I rather pay more for great customer service, with Perfect Fit I did not have to. Travis, the owner was in constant contact throughout the whole process to ensure we were satisfied and even made a quick reference video for us showing how to use his interface. Glad to have finally found a reliable, affordable, accurate background check company with over the top customer service.
