I came here to check the reviews for this retailer before making a purchase, and I’ve noticed that most of them look fake. It seems like the retailer may have posted their own reviews. One review, in particular, was duplicated under a completely different name. Overall, the reviews seem very dodgy.
The watch arrived on time but problems with the bracelet as sometimes it wouldn’t close properly. I also have problems with the timekeeping as it gains time very quickly and does not charge when wearing it. I have contacted them so I can use the warranty but not very helpful. Do not purchase a watch from them. I was happy to return the watch but again nil reply.
So far, purchased a mens watch from them 2 weeks before Christmas ( not expecting it by christmas, btw) but it's mid January and not even a confirmation email. But, they sure did take my money pretty fast. Still no watch. I'm thinking most of these "reviews" are faked.
Clicked, transferred the money, took delivery of the watch. Impeccable.
I bought a watch from them and had no problems at all. They offer great prices, prompt responses to questions and continuous communication till delivery. The watch is of excellent quality and packaging is also great.
My experience was actually very surprising as my watch arrived as quick as anything, couldn’t believe it when I open the box and saw the watch I was very happy and it was even beautiful in real life than in the picture, so overall 100% satisfied I would definitely recommend thm plus customer service, online chat was also excellent.
This is the 2nd time I've purchased a watch from them and cannot fault the professional service that I have received. After purchasing previously from them I felt very comfortable buying another high end watch without viewing it in person. Needless to say upon receipt of the watch I wasn't disappointed.
Brilliant experience from beginning to end. I reached out to them after seeing a blue dial Rolex yachtmaster that I had set my heart on. Admittedly I am not the most patient buyer and like to wrap things up quickly but to my surprise they were always there whenever I needed them and responded quickly to all my questions. In less than a week from our initial chat I had the watch on my wrist!
PerfectWatch offers a startling range of pricing that are both accessible and sensible. I ordered a Panerai watch for my son and It was also delivered before his birthday with impeccable packing. A fantastic product and an unforgettable experience.
The replica Rolex Submariner I received looks nothing like the real one. I would stay away from this seller. It was money wasted.
Delivery on time and communication was highly impressive. I will certainly purchase my next timepiece from here again.
I'm an avid collector of unique watches and I was in search of a site that I could trust blindly I'm glad I found Perfectwatch. This was my first experience with them and I couldn't be happier. My new watch is perfect and had all the original packaging as described. Will definitely do business again.

Quick response to emails and messages, prompt delivery, great quality watch with lovely packaging. Very happy with the overall shopping experience. I will have no hesitation in shopping from them again.
Extremely happy with the quality and presentation of the watch I ordered. Service was excellent as well, would definitely recommend Perfectwatch to my friends and family.
Excellent service, exceptional correspondence, amazing product and timely delivery! What more do you want? Thank you Perfectwatch!!
I am actually impressed by this company. Great communication and quick shipping. They answered all my questions and made me feel much better buying an expensive watch online. The watch I purchased was well packed and delivered safely. I will definitely be buying from this place again in the future.
I have purchased several watches over 5K and have to say, this was some of the best customer service I have received. Their prices are very competitive and their in-stock selection is among the best! I highly recommend Perfectwatch for your next watch purchase!
Perfectwatch start with the promotion and still, free shipping was the signal for me to fulfill my dream. I am Brazilian and access to the best products here is limited due to taxes, so having a different price, free shipping, and fast delivery makes a difference. Thank you for making my dream come true.
