Customers for almost a decade!!
We have been ordering ornaments from Personalizedfree.com since 2017. We updated our family Christmas ornament for 2025 and had some beautiful ones made for our little boy who we lost this year. I got in touch with customer service via email and they helped me to choose something perfect to remember him each year at Christmas. We ordered some for our families and they are just so beautiful. Thank you!!

Lovely ornaments continuing our Christmas tradition
I’ve been ordering these lovely ornaments since my granddaughters were born , and it’s a tradition they love, Scott was very helpful in sorting out my query, and ended up with exactly what I wanted. Took about two weeks from USA to Australia.

I've been ordering from Personalized Free for many, many years. My nieces and nephews have collections of Christmas ornaments from PF and they are now treasured heirlooms. The customer service and product have always been outstanding and I would recommend PF to anyone looking for cute, personalized ornaments!
Received the wrong year
I received an ornament that was supposed to be for 2025 and received one for 2023.
Reply from personalizedfree.com2025-11-03
Hi Ellen, I'm sorry the ornament wasn't what you expected. I looked up your order and see that you ordered the 2023 ornament. 2023 is part of the design of the ornament and it clearly says in the title that it is a 2023 Penguin family. Nowhere on the ornament is there a separate request for it to be 2025 instead. If there was, we would have contacted you that had ordered the incorrect ornament. You are welcome to send the ornament back for a refund.
Always great quality!
