Had a great experience with PTF my first time a few years ago. Lost 40 lbs over 12 weeks and it is a great plan to mangage meal plans and portion control. But as life goes on you lose focus and so I'm back again to refocus my meal plan and manage those 10 lbs I gained back. I know it works! And I can manage the meals and get what I need to get my eating back on track. Combined with a good exercise plan it's my way to stay healthy and have nutrional support for my goals.
The quality and taste of the food is great!
Would have given five stars if the nutritional information was printed on the packaging. This is helpful for logging purposes; it is a pain to have to go back to the website to look up that information every time.
I am a fairly good cook but since it is only me now, it is hard to buy and prepare food without having a month's worth in the freezer.
Friends have given me samples of their food plans but I want to pick my sides with my protein. Do I want to eat this every day? I could but I am still cooking my own way.
However, I have not ever tasted anything like these packages...taste like chef made some better than in a restaurant. Vegetables taste very fresh too. I will continue to buy these so I can have a variety of food without having to throw out leftovers or spoiled items.
I've call numerous days asking about the charge that I received for June's shipment even though I delayed the shipment. I haven't received a phone call back advertised 3 days of calling each day and leaving a message.
I use to get PTF 5 years ago or so when it was on Groupon and just loved it. Although the price is not as good as before I decided to buy it again and it is still amazing!

Great Tasting Meals That Make Life Easier
I’ve had a great experience with Personal Trainer Food meals. I started my GLP-1 journey and wanted meals that would work well with my plan. The flavors are excellent, and there’s a really good variety of options to choose from. Even my kids enjoyed them, which isn’t always easy to pull off.
The meals are incredibly convenient and easy to prepare, making them perfect for busy days. I also love that they offer options that cover all three meals, which takes a lot of the guesswork out of staying on track.
Overall, a high-quality, reliable meal service that I’d definitely recommend.
My delivery was canceled ("weather related reason"), but I was not informed and my delivery was not rescheduled. By the time i realized the cancelation, was able to call, they figured out when to schedule it and for me to receive it, my shipment was delayed by 2 weeks. So poor organization, no apology or compensation for the inconvenience. Also, my choices are switched around and I constantly have to go in to readjust them!

The food taste is good
The food taste is good, so far I have liked all the proteins and vegetables I have eaten. The option to cook the proteins microwave and air fryer is good because some items should be crispy and taste even better. I see they don't offer snacks anymore, I'm not sure why but I miss the snacks.
I have used PTF, multiple since 2013 and used to love this company. After years of not ordering I recently ordered a 2 week meal plan. The food that came in was not what I ordered, there were vegetables that I just don't like, fish that I'm allergic to and some things (chorizo) that I was excited to but was not received. The food was not what I ordered but PTH reached out to me and made it right by shipping me the missing meals free of charge.

Good and bad
Food is good, but too pricey unless there's significant discount of like 40%
Plus this time I didn't get what I ordered (I do normally) and was missing 4 vegetables. I contacted customer service and have yet to hear back. (But I did get this email asking for review)
Never got my order. Then I reordered and was told the old order was cancelled. It them came and was terribly spoiled and no breakfast. I eventually got the reorder and they did give me a discount for all of the troubles.
