Poor quality screenprinted

Ordered dog head rug but what arrived was poor quality (not tufted by screen printed) image on flimsy backing. Definitely not worth the money paid so buyer beware.

I question their integrity/honesty. -Expected Completion date weeks post -Approval of completed artwork - DID NOT GET -Shipping status = Not actually shipped until 3 days after date I was told it was shipped. -Electronic file - TWICE not provide when requested -Received artwork was disappointing, -Offered a 25% discount if I wanted them to try again. Many other vendors offer similar product,

I'm not going to lie..

I'm not going to lie... I was disappointed this time. I've always had amazing success with this company, but this time it fell short. I didn't get the opportunity to view the draft as in other times. Had I had the opportunity, I would've said no. The dog in my submission had a hat on that was not included in the final picture. The final product right down to the centering of the subjects is off.

The art is amazing and adorable. The overall experience was good, but the communication could have been better. I had to follow up on my revisions twice and shipping once.

everything was perfect. i have never been so happy with something. This was a gift for my mom when her 15 year old dog passed while she was on vacation and she has it by her every night. Wonderful art and captured her picture beautifully

The experience was great, i sent several requests to update some details, i was heard and my remarks were taken in account. The final result was exceptional, it is beautiful. Overall it was fast even if it came from the US to Portugal. I totally recomend it.

They made a mistake on my picture, but they were really fast to fix it for me and now I have it. It looks great. I have one more picture there which I’m waiting for and I’m sure it’ll be terrific..

NOT really impressed

I received my lightbox today and I have to say I find the artwork quite mediocre. It's obvious that both cats were drawn with the same template as they look pretty much the same except for the color. I don't see any customization to actually make them look like my sister's cats. It is quite unfortunate because the box seems to be of good quality. Also the background is so light that you can hardy see a difference between when the light is on or off. This is also a big disappointment. I am waiting for another one, so I hope it will be better.

We have had no update since the order PCA64087 was placed July 6th 2025. there has been no movement at all. This is extremely poor Customer service. It has not even been to a Designer yet, have We been Scammed...???
