Paid in full and didn’t receive the piece!

This is my forth art piece and everyone was fantastic. Perfect gifts. My last one by far exceeded all. We visited our son and our grand pup. We had to leave our precious bird at home. She was able to add our bird to the picture with our son’s pup. I get to enjoy it everyday. I can’t say enough about pet creations. Thank you so much!

Been a month since i ordered and i still have not received my package. I looked to track the item and it says waiting for a designer. Would love to understand more information of the time frame of my order.

This company creates quality work. Purchased a canvas photo for my sister’s B-day and she loves it.

Not worth the money

I was very disappointed with my entire experience with this company. The customer service is slow, frustrating and not helpful. I never got the promised opportunity to edit the final product. I never received the electronic version I paid for. The final artwork was shipped in a flimsy envelope that offered almost zero protection. The art itself was okay. Not awful. Nothing great. But considering the amount of money I was charged and the amount of aggravation from dealing with these people, it was not worth it.

We love our pet creation canvas. It really looks like our Bentley and is adorable. The only thing that was confusing is I initially thought I was purchasing the canvas when it was a digital picture and then I had to pay more for the canvas. I think that should have been made clearer

Credit card charged and never received anything!!! No proof, no artwork, nothing! I plan on disputing the charge and getting my money back! Horrible experience!

Ordered artwork almost 2 months

Ordered artwork almost 2 months, approved final image, nothing received to date Emailed and attempted contact numerous times, no response form either. After reading other reviews, it appears they have serious problems with order fulfillment and getting timely responses from them. I love their product, but actually getting the artwork you paid for may not happen. It is a shame, they have a good product, they just don't now how to fulfill their orders

I never received what I paid for. Maybe I missed a text message or accidentally deleted one or maybe I never got a text or message. Communication is not very good. I never got what I paid for. So now what do we do from here. Perhaps getting this reminder to review my experience means I can expect to receive my item very soon. Should I get my item I’d be happy to review again. As of now I have nothing and find the communication to be very weak and a problem
