Easy Peasy to order from Pete's.
Easy Peasy to order from Pete's. The tires I wanted were in stock and Pete's answered the phone. I arranged to have the tires delivered to my installer. I would have liked 6 tires, but only 3 were in stock so I ordered 2. I will replace the other 4 next summer when more tires become available.

Squashed tire
Tires arrived quickly; one had been flattened, probably in storage, as though it had maybe sat on the bottom of a stack of tires for a long time, which made it extra challenging to inflate.

Thanks for the feedback, and we’re glad your order arrived quickly. What you ran into is usually related to how tires are packaged by suppliers for shipping. To fit more tires in a load, they’re often tightly strapped together, which can temporarily flatten one. That can make it a little tougher to inflate at first, but it doesn’t affect the tire’s safety or performance once it’s properly mounted. We appreciate you mentioning it and are always working with our suppliers to cut down on this when we can. If you ever have questions or need help, just reach out—we’re always happy to help.
