Received my order in a timely manner at a good price. I had trouble reaching anyone about some questions but after I left a message with my order number I was promptly contacted by a knowledgeable person who answered everything. I would look at pete's tire again for future needs.
Amy was helpful and pleasant to work with. She knew the product and was able to answer all my technical questions, which gave me confidence in placing my order. Amy provided options on shipping costs and delivery to support the requirement. The carrier was quick in providing tracking information.
