Hands down, every time I need them for my pets antibiotics, boom! They are they for us! I have had no problems with this company and have never had an issue with any staff there. I’ve ordered many times and each time I had no issues. Which tells me alot about all these comments. Anyways thanks for your service and keep up the good work. You guys are doing awesome!

Scammed out of nearly $500!! This is a one man racket ("Jim") and he is beyond FRADULENT, point Blank!! Sooo many ethical non rx sites with legit business practices that care about your pet and your business. This man will straight up rob and decieve you and your credit card company will more than likely go after Jim!

Geat experience

Im a mail carrier. Express IS Priority with a guarantee. It is not PetPharm Canadas fault if it arrives later then estimated. It is the post offices fault. I have never had a problem ordering through PetPharmCanada. They are great so far. The post office did loose my last order which is a hassle, they are giving me a hard time about reimbursing me and I work there. So please dont blame PetPharm Canada.

Sad may not exist anymore

The website is a disaster but sadly I suspect they've been forced out of business. There is now absolutely nowhere I can buy meds for my cat rescue work/TNR. No, I can't bring a feral cat to the vet every time they get sick. You can't even get them into a carrier most of the time, and vets are prohibitively expensive in NYC. Thanks, USA, for making it impossible for rescuers to help homeless animals.

Quality product

I ordered it standard shipping and not expressed to CA to receive it in about 9 days based on reviews about express issues (I wasn't in any kind of rush to be honest). They give out a good product as it works (first time ordering, I was skeptical at first but the medication did take effect quickly). The expiration shows 2 years from now and it is placed on a medication bottle with a label maker kind of label in expiration, mg, and amount. They most likely use a bigger bottle to distribute as to these labels if you understand how prescriptions usually work. The key thing from this website is if your pet is relying on the medication quick, don't wait last minute to order from PetPharmCanada. Be responsible and plan ahead for shipping delays if this is life critical medication for your pet. Ordering when you have like 2 daily pills left or else your dog will die is irresponsible in planning. I'd also only order these after self research and an initial vet evaluation with the prescription from them to ensure no negative side effects (some can kill them). When you see it works, but don't want to pay for another vet+prescription combo, this is the perfect website to resume it at a fraction of the price.

Had no problems with this website or Jim. I ordered priority mail express and online my package showed as it showed as normal priority mail. Well it came in 1 day after being shipped with the contents described perfectly. But I did email Jim out of concern of there being a mixup and he was very fast at getting back to me. This is higher quality than the normal stuff seen that’s usually sold in India as this is US pharm grade. Based on my experience I would recommend

I must echo a number of reviews. Like many others I paid $30 for Express Shipping. They used USPS and my order went from Niagara Falls, NY to Anaheim, CA. I live in the DFW area in Texas. The "Jim" character is the lowest, most sub-human trash I have run across in many years. Is your beloved dog suffering waiting for meds? Jim thinks that's hilarious. Surely that scum will burn in hell and none too soon. Update; My order made on 10/11 just arrived today 10/19, that's what my 1-2 day delivery charge of $30 got me. Meanwhile, the net result was a $488.60 Veterinary bill for one of our 2 current rescue dogs Ozzy, he and his brother Slash were the only 2 dogs from an 8-puppy litter to survive. My wife and I have been rescuing dogs for over 30 years now. Never have we dealt with such inhuman trash as this Jim swine.

Happy w/ purchases...

I have ordered a couple times from them and have had no problems. They're quick to email my receipt and shipping info. Their prices are a bit hefty, but considering they saved me a vet bill and the hassle of lugging animals in, it was worth the cost. I would order from them again.

Is Jim the owner? I want to talk to someone in charge if he’s not! He is so disrespectful! I paid $30 for express shipping, they mailed me the wrong medication, over a week out and I still do not have my medication! He was so rude, said I was being hostile simply because I said I feel I should be refunded the $30! He has zero customer service skills and he was the one being hostile! I’m in disbelief at the treatment I have received and he does not seem to care that my dog absolutely cannot go without this medication! If I could give negative stars I would!!

Scam shipping…

I agree with all comments regarding scam shipping costs but my biggest question is how can a company ship from a US based facility medications the FDA requires a prescription for without actually requiring a prescription which this company does. Your order is not shipping from another country since it arrives at a USPS distribution center within 12 hours. Way too soon for international shipping. Most are drugs used by humans and a script is required. How is this even legal?

First time on the website

First time on the website. I ordered on a late Friday afternoon and paid $60 for express delivery alone and it was in my mailbox by Monday. Very grateful. No problems what so ever . I will use them on a regular basis from now on!

It’s disappointing to leave this review. Jim is irresponsible behind a keyboard. If you need it fast, don’t waste your money. They take 24 hours to get it to the post office, clearly reported under the tracking information. Then they downgrade the service. But the medication is good. Just hope your pet doesn’t die because they aren’t honorable. 😰 Jim doesn’t mind either way.
