NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS CLOWN!
First of all this site is extremely over priced but I needed the medication fast. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered from this site. Just as others have said, I paid $30 for Express shipping and he knowingly sent it Priority Mail. And when I emailed him about the issue he was acting like he didn't know what I was talking about. Claiming it was shipped Express. Package finally came 8 days after I order it Express. it's a reason we are choosing to have our orders Express Mail. But he doesn't care about our pets. All of this could have been avoided if he wasn't so greedy for them few extra dollars and just give people what they pay for.

If we didn't care about the pets, we wouldn't be in business this long. I would guess there were not more than a handful of companies that donate more medications to rescue groups and shelters than we do. I assume if we were overpriced you would have went to your local veterinarian to get the medication. Again, not sure what the complaint is but we appreciate your numerous orders placed after posting a negative review.

Paid for Express mail delivered by Priority mail
I placed order in petpharmcanada.com on May18 2003. I paid $30.00 for Express shipping and invoice clearly stated - Express shipping, 1-2 business days. However, my order has been shipped by Priority mail in the Priority Mail® Padded Flat Rate Envelope. This is not Express shipping, it was not 1-2 business days and USPS price for shipping in this envelope is $10.40 flat. USPS tracking is clearly shows that package was Priority mail, not Express mail. I paid extra for Express mail not only for faster shipping but because Express mail has delivery time guarantee, money back guarantee and extra insurance, Priority mail doesn't have these extras.

Great help with my cats
I care for a colony of feral cats that have been trapped & fixed. Several still shun direct human contact and cannot be taken to a vet. Sometimes they have lingering injuries and need Rx to assist with healing. Im not a vet, but over several decades I’ve taken a lot of cats to vet visits & have been around ferals long enough to have a good idea of what usually works. Petpharmcanada has been a lifesaver. I was very skeptical of using them, but have been very happy with their quick service.

We have recalled your order from the post office so it comes back to us. There is a 50/50 chance it still gets delivered to you. If it gets delivered to you we will issue a prepaid return label to you so you can send it back and you will be issued a refund. If it gets returned back to us we will issue the refund at that time.
As said in my previous email, if this was a life threatening emergency you should 100% have gone to your veterinarian. We suggest you do that ASAP.

They are legit!
I was hesitant to order from this company after reading some of these reviews. I took a chance as my dog had an infection and needed antibiotics. So, I can say, this company is legit! I ordered the Amoxocillin for my dog. Received it quicker than I expected since I assumed it would have to clear customs. However, It came from NY to my home in CA within 3 days. I did order the quicker shipping though. I looked up the pills, which were legit Amoxocillin and the correct dosage amount. The only problem I had was that the pills had expired a few months ago (Dec 2022) which isn't too much of a problem as they should still be fine and work (hence the 4 stars instead of 5). I don't know why there are a bunch of negative reviews as some of the products, I assume, must come from Canada and clearing customs can take a couple weeks as I know from experience. So, do not worry and be patient.

Great experience! Have many animals to treat and not all are willing to make the trip to the vet. Was a little concerned initially, and actually checked this site, but ordered, received, treated. Be sure you know the weights/dosages as necessary. The information is out there. Would order from here again.
Do not pay $30 for the express shipping. That was my original review and 1 star I’m changing it because where else can you get proper meds for ferrel cats that I love and want to keep heathy. If I need anything for them to keep them healthy i would use petpharmcanada again and again. Thank you for helping all of my fur babies.

BUYER BEWARE! This place stole over 500 dollars from me. Never sent the medication but claimed they did. Plus, after sending a nice inquiry about the order to their "customer service" I was sent a slew of incredibly rude and accusatory emails. Jim is a sad little man who gets off on being rude. I ended up having to send my credit card company after them. Not sure how these people sleep at night after stealing from someone who tried to buy medication for rescue foster animals out of her own pocket. Do not use this place. It's not worth the stress.

I absolutely love how easy and quick it is to Order from them. I had a question for them and they were so quick to clear up my confusion. I had to take my dog to vet and turns out she needed a yeast infection medication to get rid of the itch and yeast. They recommended a medication the was going to cost me much more and Petpharma is amazing because I was able to pay a great price for an XR prescription (no prescription slip needed to order from them). Now my pet has started medication she stop scratching she’s doing amazing. I highly recommend petpharma is a lot of misleading reviews of them but I disagree they make it easy for you to reach them, they are quick and your product is guaranteed arrival between Monday and Friday if order during the weekend. I love them I will definitely be back when I require anything for my animals.

Not as slick as Abler but able to provide
Always used Abler in the past but they no longer provide Bute or wormers so tried this company.
Competitive price for Bute and no prescrip' required. Acknowledged me immediately and despatched order quickly. Tracking was good although it did take time to clear the US customs . Ordered August 9th medicine arrived in good condition and in date on 6th September by standard delivery.
As far as customs clearance goes if it stalls at the providers end it's their problem if it stalls at recipients end its theirs. The solution is 1) don't order massive quantity that way you don't stand to lose too much 2) Always pay by credit card and if it stalls at suppliers end and cannot be fixed cancel your payment through the credit card company. This organisation are not as slick as Abler (and even they had customs issues on odd occasion) but I will use them again and they are certainly not a scam

Lost my money to this scam company!
First order arrived fine to the UK. 2nd order got stuck with USPS and I am unable to do anything about it despite having a tracking number as USPS don’t accept enquiries about the cheap service petpharmcanada used even though I PAID EXTRA FOR TRACKED thinking (naively) that this extra cost would mean I had some kind of guarantee of receiving my order. Petpharmcanada said they’d look into it but have since ignored every email asking for a replacement even though they can see my parcel is stuck in Los Angeles. Avoid! Not a genuine company who care about customers receiving their goods! They just take your money and run off laughing.
