Getting more and more frustrated every time I use this website to order my cats inhaler. The checkout never fully loads so I cannot verify my shipping address or change it. If I try to change it through my account info it gives me an error and trying to contact support using the chat option is useless because it also gives me an error and makes me restart immediately. Also didnt even have the field that allows me to enter additional information for the order so hopefully I won’t have any extra delays. So frustrating!!!!!! Fix your website!!!!

Update: they read my review, and guess what? They called me about it! LOL :)
The service is very convenient and indeed much cheaper than buying medications from regular pharmacies. I definitely recommend it to my friends. A couple of inconvenient features are 1) their main form of communications are voice calls - emails and texts are read with a huge delay so, talking on the phone with them in the only option; 2) they are indeed constantly calling - I have been ordering the same medication for over a year, and I don't think there was even one order that was just shipped after I placed it online. There are problems with my address, my card (have been using the same one for a year, never declined), shipping delays, different shipping options, prescription issues (even after we emailed the prescription twice), product availability - and every time it is expected that I talk to them during my work hours, which is very inconvenient. Sometimes they just call you to tell you they shipped it; 3) the website is terrible - some parts crash, don't load, the "loyalty program" I couldn't find even with all the instructions. For such an amazing service, I wish they just fix their website so everything could be done online without constant back and forth calls.
