For future reference, your order shipped with tracking the day after it was placed, and about two weeks before delivery. Once a package leaves our facility, it's in USPS's hands, so we don't have visibility beyond what tracking shows. If something like this comes up again, giving us a call after about a week of no movement is the fastest way for us to help track it down.
