PhoneClub customer service— whaaat?!

I have been with PhoneClub for over a decade. The phone calls I make to Europe are satisfactory and the cost is quite reasonable. I have been pretty happy with them overall in the past. Today I tried to add to my account and I have not been able to do how to do it. Nothing seems to be working. There’s no place I can enter my credit card number. And worst of all there is no one available to talk to me. They do not list a phone number. They have a pathetic contact for help. Hah! Ask a question and we’ll contact you. Right !!!! I’m still waiting.

In order to ensure the highest app call quality, please go through these checks: -Make sure you benefit from a strong Internet connection. -Make sure you have the latest app version installed on your device. -Make sure you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider. -Set your Caller ID - this will ensure high quality. Go to your app menu and look for Caller ID, then follow the instructions. The Caller ID is the number showing up on the screen of the person you call. As an alternative, you can try offline calling with the app. You can activate it in the Settings section of your app. You can also try an access number in your area if you want to call without using the Internet.
