Initial setup is very easy, and they make notarizing the require form ps1583 very easy, especially for expats. A few things to be aware of... Credit card companies and banks will not accept the virtual address as a primary address, BUT as long as your institution allows for mailing addresses you are good. I only had one institution that did not use mailing addresses, but that didn't hurt me any as I still have access to my primary address. Make sure you use the same name to setup your account as on your picture ID (driver's license, passport, etc). I failed to do this at first and had to edit my form ps1583 which was a little challenging. As long as the name matches your picture ID you are good to go. If you are setting up a personal account, as I was, you have to create a recipient in settings for each member of the family that is receiving mail. Each recipient then has to get a form ps1583 notarized, but the system really handles all of that. When filling out for ps1583 on the notary site, make sure to fill in the photo ID section and secondary address ID section. These do not get pre-populated by PhysicalAddress, but they are required. Also make sure the address in section 4 is filled in, for some reason it was not on the original created form, but I was able to add it. If you receive mail under different names, Robert, Bob, Bobby, make sure to add these to the Alias section under Settings. All of this customer service helped me with and responded to my questions very quickly which made the setup go quickly. We have not started receiving mail yet because we don't get that much US mail anymore, but from what I have experienced so far, this service is great.

I have known and USED this company at every possible opportunity through the years. (Would never have left if they had locations in EVERY state!) The aervice alone is well worth abundant praise and recognition. There is literally NO OTHER SUCH COMPANY that comes even slightly close. When the cost, phenomenal service, personal touch, process efficiency, and basic all around Awesomeness is considered, I genuinely am perplexed that anyone goes elsewhere, and they are not DOMINATING the market. I have never been more happy to be able to return to a company after relocating... I am thrilled to be back - and at this point, will never leave again
