I have ordered from the website

I have ordered from the website. But the shoes have been stuck at the Warehouse for last 17 days. How long does it take for the delivery ? 3 Stars are because I think it’s taking longer than expected. But will let you guys know what happens in the end and what’s the quality of the product

Best and cheapest shipping agent out there!!

Ordered twice from pingubuy, and I can vouch that they are amazing. I recently bought 2 Louis Vuitton beanies, Louis Vuitton glasses and chrome heart hat and it came 1:1 with no flaws. They also have the best customer support who helped me through the discord server which also shows how reliable they are!!

Deducts funds, pays for reviews, unexpected fees, cheap site layout.....

Dodgy, deducts funds, delays, fake reviews, unexpected fees and a poor site layout. First of all, the majority of 4-5 star reviews for this website are people who either work for the company (such as Jahanzaib - who complimented customer support which is his own role in the discord server). When it's not employees writing reviews for their own business, with Pingubuy it tends to be customers who were paid to write an 'honest' review (though when a customer is offered payment for writing a review, it gives the incentive to bias the review to 4-5 stars). Secondly, the unexpected fees. You order an item from Pingubuy, say it's counterfeit goods (also illegal by the way but Pingubuy found a loophole to get around this), you pay Pingubuy £12 for such a product. You wait 5 days for it to arrive at the warehouse IN CHINA, where you're then charged anywhere from £6-£100 just to ship it from China to US/UK. This process then can take from a week up to multiple weeks due to the sheer amount of delays (which you won't be notified about). For example, I was promised 14 day delivery from the warehouse but 21 days after paying for shipping, I was banned (more on that later) with no product or refund to be seen. Oh and when they do eventually ship your item off, your balance will be charged additional fees for THEIR incorrect weighing and measurements... Also, to put money in your account there are unexpected fees along the way aswell. Thirdly, the mobile layout is just so unusable.. And finally, violation of consumer legislation after I threatened to write a negative review on trustpilot because £15 of my account funds went missing. From a £20 balance to bank account withdraw request, £5 was accepted (this is what was expected), and the other £15 was rejected. I went back and forth with customer support for days, receiving half-arsed replies until I eventually threatened to write a negative review, which made the owner get rather defensive, then using my threat as reason to keep the £15. He will reply mentioning how the £15 was 'gift' money when in fact it was on-site balance I was PAID for completing an action - this makes the asset mine, not a 'gift' he can take back. I explained that penalizing a customer for threatening to make an honest negative review is also violates consumer legislation. I explained he must return the funds or it would be considered a violation of 2008 UK Law which businesses, even those in China, must follow if they serve UK customers, resulting in my ban from the site and the discord server, leading to the loss of $20 worth item, and £15 on-site balance. Overall, fake reviews, dodgy fees, poor customer service, illegal goods transporting, and consumer legislation violations. If you're interested in Pingubuy, go to an alternative there's hundreds who aren't as near as dodgy.

Pingubuy is legit. Has great quality and affordable products would definitely recommend. International shipping does take a while tho so you’d have to be patient. Overall it’s still a good place to get products from

Pingubuy is legit and probably the best place to get cheap goods from china quickly. It looks a bit dodgy on iphone as you cant get the app yet but the website is perfectly legit and safe.

Beware.. Pingubuy is a Fraud Website.

The Service is Pathetic. The people are fraud. Initially it showed me the price of the Shoe as 30$. I Purchased and waited for the parcel for 20 days. Nothing changed . They said I have to pay for the shipping 30$. I paid for the shipping. again waited for some days, And they said you paid less. You ned to pay 30$ again for shipping. I paid that too.. Its more price than the actual shoe price. The Service is Fraud. Pingubuy People are Fraud. Please Dont Buy anything from this website.

Cheapest Agent

Pingubuy is an amazing agent with really good customer service active on discord (I was a customer until recently being promoted to a helper as it is a very engaging community). They send you pictures of your items once they reach the warehouse and give you an option to return if you dont like it. This wasnt the case for me as I got good products and shipped them out, they came within 8 days to the UK. Pingubuy is also the cheapest agent currently (especially for Europe). Another package is on its way, would highly recommend.
