The customer service for this company is not good. I ordered a dress a month ago and what was delivered was an empty bag. I had to reach out multiple times to fight for a refund. They said they had to “investigate” it for 3-5 business days. After 5 days were up I called and they agreed on a refund. They only refunded me for the dress itself, not shopping or insurance. Had to call again and they said I would hear back in 24 hours about a refund for shipping. That eventually got approved but still not fully refunded for a product I never received. I called again and they said they could not refund me for the insurance. I disputed the charge with my bank and will not be shopping with them again. They make it difficult to get a refund and I never received any product! I also have a pair of jeans from them that are too big so their sizes run big.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with PinkBlush. I ordered a dress for a wedding, only to have my order canceled a full week later with no warning. On top of that, I had to follow up myself to get a refund, which was processed in parts — and unbelievably, they still charged me for shipping even though the dress was never sent. This caused unnecessary stress since I needed the dress for a specific event. If an item is out of stock, customers should be notified immediately — not days later after relying on the order. I would strongly caution others against ordering from here, especially for important or time-sensitive occasions.

Customer service awful

Customer service awful. I ordered 2 dresses and the next day they were on sale. I emailed asking for a price adjustment and they said no. So basically you’d rather me return the 2 dresses and rebuy them at the lower price instead of just giving an adjustment. Everything is overpriced in the first place. Stars are for the fast shipping.

Original order was to be sent to wrong…

Original order was to be sent to wrong address, they don’t allow any edits. I ordered an exact duplicate. The original order was delivered after return eligibility date. They refused any credit or return. I would never shop there again.

I paid extra for shipping 3-5 business days, and the dress will arrive after that window. Asked for assistance and they said just return it when it comes. I will lose the cost for expedited shipping and their BS $4 return charge. NEVER order from them.

Didn't Get To Keep But...

The items I ordered didn't end up working for me but not because of any issue with the company or clothing. The site was easy to use and returns were very simple. Quality and pricing were great and I would recommend trying them out.

Poor quality compared to price tag

This dress is not good quality compared to the price tag. I’m glad I purchased it on sale but would never purchase at full price had I known the quality. It is already too tight for being in the second trimester, it will not fit in the third trimester. It is also see through! This was disappointing as I was excited about this dress and this brand.

LOOOVE the dress

LOOOVE the dress! Fit beautifully at 7 months pregnant. I sized down to a small normally I am a medium and it was just right, still nice and stretchy

Way too long

Shipping updates were inaccurate and came late despite being marked as delivered. Dress was way too long. I’m 5’5” ordered a M, my usual size, and it was dragging at least 4 inches off the ground. I wanted a long dress but not one that swallows me whole. Unfortunately I couldn’t wear it.

I could not have been more disappointed…

I could not have been more disappointed with my order. The three “maternity” shirts I ordered were not even by PinkBlush, they were by some random, cheap company. They were also just regular shirts, no side ruching no extra length, just regular shirts made with a thin, cheap material. There is no way they would cover a baby bump until the end of pregnancy. I also ordered two different shades of gray and both of them were the same color. Had to return.
