Pinnacle Foundation Repair is an excellent company. My husband Bill and I dreaded the thought of having to deal with this sort of repair. Robby Brown came right out, did a thorough assessment of the problem, and helped us with every detail along the way. The crew was on time, hard working, very polite, and did a great clean up job. A special shout out to the operations manager, Victor Blanco. He is one of those truly kind people. Victor spent much time with us checking and answering all of our questions. Thank you, all.

What I like about Pinnacle is that you have direct access to the owner l, who is an Engeneer and knows exactly what needs to happen with the foundation or repairs. Pinnacle did their job well - our house was lifted, the team was prompt, clean and respectful. Great service.

Professional Foundation Repair
Foundation repair was completed on our home a few years back by the previous owner. It failed. Thank Goodness we contacted Robby @ Pinnacle to fix our sinking home! Please with the work completed by Pinnacle Foundation Repair
Our home has experienced significant foundation problems for a number of years--a product of shifting Texas soil and 3 additions to a 1946 home. Twice before companies have come out and installed piers or venting, but the problems kept coming back. When an engineer recommended a more comprehensive strategy, we sought our a number of bids--receiving one from Pinnacle Foundation Repair. Frankly they weren't the most or least expensive bid, but they won the job because of professional, kind, respectful approach of their CEO (Robby Brown), the confidence he instilled in Pinnacle's ability to do the job (being able to see their high consumer ratings and large number of positive reviews), the work materials and techniques they use, and their willingness to provide some discount incentives. Once we signed the contract, the work happened quickly. For 4 days his crew worked around and under our house, installing about 30 piers. The men effectively avoided damage to our landscaping and managed to do most of the work without having to disrupt anything inside the house--such as going through any floors. They were responsive to my questions and any voiced concerns. And they left the site clean and in good condition--respreading dirt around the home and gardens, picking up trash, etc. We experienced some sinking of dirt at some of the hole sites, but they came out and addressed it at no additional cost--just as they addressed a cracked pipe that they had found while doing the work. In the end, the work seems to have been done effectively, as the final engineer's report and plumbing test were positive. The project cost us a lot of money, but we new getting the job done right was essential. While it has only been a few weeks since the project was completed, we feel good about what has been accomplished.

Pinnacle Foundation Rocks!
So, we needed to have some foundation repair on our home. Not something we wanted to hear, or ever planned on doing. Fortunately, we landed on Pinnacle Foundation Repair, certainly a blessing. We were under the direction of Robby Brown and the excavation crew run by Ruben Monel. Wow! Once we witnessed their work ethic, we let them take the reins, and what a job they did. There was not one thing Robby would not have done for us, and was always available to answer any questions and arrange dates according to our schedule. Ruben and his crew made sure everything in our yard was returned to its original state after the foundation work which was actually better than when he started. We just can’t say enough positive things about this company…a definite 10 out of 10. Thank you, thank, you, thank you Robby, Ruben, and all of Pinnacle for the great work you did for us. Robby at Pinnacle Foundation Repair was excellent! When he arrived, he was equipped with a mask and shoe covers, which I absolutely appreciated. I thought was very considerate. Robby was polite and professional. He explained his findings, answered all of my questions, and followed up with an email. I could tell he listened to my concerns & addressed them.
I cannot adequately express how pleased we are with the foundation work on our house with Pinnacle. Foundation work is a frightening thing especially in a 100 year old home. These guys did a remarkable job getting the house level and stable. Homero and his crew were great. Besides being hard workers, they were friendly and happy. It was amazing hearing them work together under the house. When they began jacking the house up their supervisor, Miguel, was in the house working with an altimeter coordinating with Homero underneath. He was a perfectionist. They even got one of the rooms floors sturdier than when we moved in. All this and no cracks in the walls or broken tiles in the kitchen or bath. The structural engineer who came out to inspect the work was impressed at how well they leveled the house especially considering how off it was in the beginning.
The price was more than fair. Robby came out initially to inspect and check the house with an altimeter. He went under into the crawl space for a thorough inspection. He showed me exactly what needed to be done and explained the process. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. Everything went smoothly and fast. There were no delays or rescheduling.
It’s so nice to be in a home that feels secure and sturdy and we owe it to Pinnacle Foundation. It was a great experience from start to finish. Also Pinnacle has a plumbing group come out to do a hydrostatic test on the sewer and plumbing pipes after as well as the structural engineer inspection. Other companies are not as thorough.
We highly recommend Pinnacle Foundation for any foundation project.
Like most people, I was not familiar with foundation repairs and the process that was involved and was apprehensive to engage in something like this, so I interviewed 6 DFW foundation repair companies and did my own research on the subject so I would be an informed consumer.
The CEO/Owner of Pinnacle Foundation Repair, Robby Brown, came out to do an inspection on a Saturday morning and reviewed the independent engineering study I paid to have done. In his assessment, he didn't believe we needed as many piers as was previously suggested by the engineering company and the other 5 foundation companies and said they could produce the same leveling results using better quality materials, fewer piers, less disruption for us which would be less costly.
His level of honesty and integrity along with his professionalism and approach convinced me Pinnacle was my best choice to perform this foundation repair work. How many home services companies do you know that put the customer first not their own financial interests or gain? Well, Pinnacle did!
Everyone at Pinnacle exceeded my expectations throughout this process, from Kristen in their office, who keep me informed of everything in the process and got me scheduled for this work in a timely manner, to Hunter who was on site to manage my project and answer my many questions and all of my follow up questions even after the work was complete days later.
The many workers who were on site were focused on getting my project done right and with as little disruption to our life and our house as possible. I had thought this project would take 3-4 days, but they were done in 2 days just in time to beat the heavy rains on day 3 that produced some short sink holes which they immediately addressed and came out on a Saturday to fill in. Service beyond expectation and follow through until I was a satisfied customer with all their work. Just a tremendous team effort.
From start to finish, Pinnacle and their entire staff, exceeded my expectations and I could not be more pleased with their work and the positive results they produced.
I've owned many houses in DFW over the past 34 years and had a lot of work, remodels and improvements done. Pinnacle is THE SINGLE BEST services company I have ever dealt with!
